Freelance / Referral Recruiter (Senior Golang Role)

We're looking for an experienced freelance recruiter or referral recruiter to help us close a Senior Golang Engineer.
 

🎯 What’s the role we’re hiring for?

Senior Golang Engineer for a long-term remote project — a B2B data activation platform focused on data enrichment, lead generation, and customer insights.
 

🧩 Key candidate requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering
• At least 3+ years of commercial experience with Golang
• Upper-Intermediate English
• Strong product mindset and problem-solving skills
   

💡 Nice-to-have traits:

• Passion for working in a product environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Experience in distributed teams is a plus
