What you will be doing:

• Manage the full cycle of personnel selection - from searching and evaluating candidates to their adaptation in the company.
• Fill key positions in iGaming and betting.
• Conduct interviews and comprehensively evaluate candidates: their experience, skills and personal qualities.
• Interact with Hiring managers on selection issues and forming requirements for candidates.
• Develop and implement search strategies in international markets.
• Maintain a candidate database, ensuring a high-quality interaction experience at all stages of recruiting.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has at least 3 years of experience as a Middle or Senior recruiter.
• Required — experience in iGaming or betting, understanding of specifics.
• Confidently works with EU markets.
• Responsible, structured, knows how to effectively organize his own work.
• Active, proactive and with excellent communication skills.

• Speaks English at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
