What you will be doing:
- Manage the full cycle of personnel selection - from searching and evaluating candidates to their adaptation in the company.
- Fill key positions in iGaming and betting.
- Conduct interviews and comprehensively evaluate candidates: their experience, skills and personal qualities.
- Interact with Hiring managers on selection issues and forming requirements for candidates.
- Develop and implement search strategies in international markets.
- Maintain a candidate database, ensuring a high-quality interaction experience at all stages of recruiting.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience as a Middle or Senior recruiter.
- Required — experience in iGaming or betting, understanding of specifics.
- Confidently works with EU markets.
- Responsible, structured, knows how to effectively organize his own work.
- Active, proactive and with excellent communication skills.
Speaks English at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
