Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage job postings across international job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.).
- Focus on hiring talent in Latin America while also supporting global recruitment efforts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
HR Operations & Employee Engagement:
- Oversee onboarding and off boarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and foster a positive work culture.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Develop and improve hiring strategies to attract top talent.
- Ensure HR policies align with company goals and industry standards.
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and compliance-related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Specialist, preferably in a remote or tech-focused company.
- Familiarity with international job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.)
- Experience hiring candidates in Latin America.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Must be available to work in EST hours (Full-day or key working hours).
