Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive HANDS ON sourcing and ongoing relationship management with the existing pool of candidates ( ability to present first candidates within 3 days)
- Conduct in-depth HR interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations, write summaries, and prepare resume
- Collaborate with an account manager and TL to understand clients' hiring needs and specific job requirements, as well as help through the whole recruitment process including setting up interviews between clients and candidates and answering any client's questions
- Write and post job descriptions on various platforms, utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, and career opportunities.
- Facilitate and negotiate the offer process with candidates.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in IT and recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, etc.)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or outstaffing company
- Proven experience of recruitment in EU / CEE
- Experience of working in outstaffing or recruitment agency
- Strong understanding of IT terminologies and trends ( different tech stacks, libraries, frameworks)
- Experience in negotiations and high rate of acceptance offers by candidates
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, initiative, customer-oriented and result-driven
- Ability to multi-task and manage a number of 5 - 8 open roles in parallel
- High level of English ( at least B2)
