HRAVITY is looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are a technical recruitment agency placing Senior+ engineers and tech leaders at product companies and startups across the US and EU. We don’t do volume hiring, we work with small and mid-sized teams who care about hiring quality over speed.
 

Our team mainly works in a full recruitment cycle: from the first call with a hiring manager to an accepted offer. The focus of this role is on driving sourcing and recruitment efforts, as part of a small agile team. You'll run 1–3 open roles at a time, just enough to actually understand what each client needs and find the right person. Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, research, sales, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
