Halon Partners, LTD is a growing iGaming company operating performance-driven platforms in the online casino and sports betting verticals. Our Media Buying department plays a key role in user acquisition and scaling operations across Tier 1 GEOs.

To support our hiring pipeline, we’re looking for a Freelance Recruiter to help us source and screen top Media Buyers and Team Leads, primarily with experience in iGaming and/or Russian-speaking markets.

🧩 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Source and reach out to potential candidates in media buying (Facebook, Google, UAC, push, native, etc.)

✔️ Focus on candidates with experience in iGaming or affiliate marketing

✔️ Pre-screen and evaluate candidates for both individual contributor and Team Lead roles

✔️ Collaborate with internal hiring managers and report progress

✔️ Assist with initial outreach, coordination, and interview scheduling

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

🔸 Prior experience recruiting in digital marketing or media buying fields

🔸 A network or sourcing skills focused on iGaming, performance marketing, or affiliate models

🔸 Basic understanding of media buying KPIs and team structures

🔸 Strong communication skills and ability to assess soft/hard skill fit

🔸 Self-driven and organized – able to deliver results without daily oversight
