You are:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment (iGaming is a must)
- General understanding of technologies in the IT industry
- Experience in hiring specialists in the gambling niche (SMM, Affiliate, Media Buyers and others)
- Knowledge of X-ray, Boolean search, job boards, LinkedIn search, etc.
- English level — Intermediate and higher
- You have your own list of Telegram channels and LinkedIn groups for all types of vacancies in the iGaming industry
- You are proficient with various tools for automating sourcing and recruiting processes and know how to gather lists of the necessary candidates
- You know how to skillfully guide a candidate to the point of signing an offer, and for you, it's a matter of technique, just like closing deals was for Jordan Belfort in the movie of the same name 😉
