To support this growth, we're looking for a Recruiting Team Lead who will own the recruiting function, build the team, and set the standard for how we hire.

What You'll Do

• Own the full recruiting function: processes, metrics, team performance, and candidate experience
• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership as a strategic talent advisor
• Drive sourcing strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms for hard-to-fill and senior roles
• Set and track recruiting KPIs: time to fill, time to hire, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire
• Build scalable hiring processes and improve them continuously
• Personally close key and executive-level roles when needed
• Collaborate with leadership to forecast hiring needs and shape workforce planning
   

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in talent acquisition, including experience leading or mentoring a recruiting team
• Proven track record closing senior and cross-functional roles (AI/ML, Product, Engineering, Executive)
• Experience hiring internationally across multiple markets
• Data-driven approach — you measure what matters and use it to improve
• Strong English for candidate communication, interviews, and stakeholder alignment
• Builder mentality — you see gaps and fix them without being asked
• Proactive, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-scaling environment

• Плідне і рівноправне партнерство з Hiring Managers, забезпечення їх необхідними інструментами і даними для прийняття правильних рішень 
• Побудова ефективного рекрутингового процесу, автоматизація і оптимізація рекрутмент систем, які прискорюють швидкість найму без втрати якості
• Управління ризиками найму і своєчасна сигналізація по дедлайнах і якості, ескалація проблем
• Забезпечення позитивного Сandidate experience 
• Налаштування і постійний аналіз основних рекрутинг метрик та КРІ і перетворення їх у конкретні покращення процесу та результатів.

• Дивишся на рекрутинг як на партнерську функцію для бізнесу, яка допомагає менеджерам наймати правильних людей
• Вмієш і будеш проактивно вибудовувати партнерські стосунки з наймаючими менеджерами і бізнес-лідерами
• Вмієш вибудовувати рекрумент процеси, і в той же час вмієш гнучко їх адаптувати під реальні потреби бізнесу
• Вмієш і будеш тримати баланс між управлінням та hands-on рекрутментом по ключовим для бізнесу ролям
• Вільно працюєш з метриками та аналітикою і для прийняття правильних рішення звикла спиратися на дані

• Досвід у Talent Acquisition від 5 років (від 2 року управління командою)

Technical Talent Sourcer

As we move into our next stage of growth (hello, Series B), we’re not scaling hiring by volume. We’re doing it by finding the right people early and staying close to great talent.

As a Technical Talent Sourcer, you’ll help make that happen by working closely with the Talent team and hiring managers from day one.

You’ll influence how we find, engage, and connect with great people. And if you see a better way to do it, say so. We'll listen.

The people you bring in will shape what we build next and how millions of people will experience the internet.

Over time, you’ll grow into a hiring partner, taking on more ownership across the hiring process beyond sourcing.

What will you do?

• Join kickoff calls with hiring managers and ask the questions that make the search sharper
• Find great technical talent wherever they actually are: not just LinkedIn, but the places others overlook
• Screen and shortlist candidates across both technical and business roles, owning parts of 1–2 active roles, with room to grow into full ownership
• Keep pipelines moving without things slipping through the cracks, because momentum only works when it’s organized
• Ensure every candidate gets a thoughtful, timely response
• Build talent pools so we’re never scrambling, with the right conversations already happening before we need them
• Work with the Talent team to figure out what's not working and how we can fix it
• Learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and build skills beyond sourcing

What success looks like in this role

• Hiring managers trust your read on candidates, not just your sourcing output
• Pipelines reduce reliance on reactive sourcing by covering future hiring needs
• Candidates have a great experience, even if they don’t get the job
• You spot patterns early and help improve how we source and engage talent

What will you bring?

• 2+ years in tech hiring, either with an agency or in-house, ideally in SaaS or product companies
• Strong sourcing skills: you know how to find the right people, not just more people
• A habit of asking the right questions before starting a search, and the confidence to push back when needed
• Ability to translate hiring manager needs into a focused, effective search
• Clear written and spoken English: direct, thoughtful, and easy to understand
• A candidate-first approach: you’re responsive, thoughtful, and treat people with care
• Strong ability to run multiple pipelines at once without things falling through the cracks
• Curiosity and great pattern recognition: you connect dots quickly and ask the right questions
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, async, and evolving environment

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team and support hiring across a variety of technical and non-technical roles. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Talent Acquisition within a fast-paced, international business environment.

As a Junior Talent Partner, you will work closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and the wider People team to support recruitment processes, deliver a positive candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations while receiving direct mentoring and development support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview processes
• Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with talent mapping and pipeline building for future hiring needs

• Help maintain ATS accuracy and recruitment workflow organisation

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, customer-facing, or administrative roles is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and develop within recruitment
• Confidence using LinkedIn, Slack, Google Workspace, and general online tools
• Interest in recruitment, people operations, employer branding, or iGaming industries
