We are looking for a Marketing-focused iGaming Project Manager to coordinate operational and technical processes in the iGaming company. 

The key role is to control the execution of tasks in a qualitative and timely manner, communication with team leads, and coordination of departments so that the manager can concentrate on strategic tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Work with engineering and product teams to coordinate communication, streamline delivery and resolve blockers;
• Development and management of project plans and roadmaps;
• Providing a status report regarding project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues;
• Internal communications with international teams;
• Managing project change requests and communicating impacts on stakeholders and development teams;
• Tracking and reporting of project progress against defined requirements throughout the project lifecycle;
• Scrum master activity in the projects (meetings, stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demo presentations, and retrospectives);

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in IT industry;
• Technical background or relevant occupation;
• Understanding of software development processes, programming languages & tools;
• Experience in using Project Management tools,Bug tracking systems,relevant methodologies,experience in Agile methodologies
• Ability to prioritize tasks for the team and coordinate multiple projects in a changing environment;
• Excellent presentation, organization, time management, and cross-department communication skills;
• Strong negotiation, mediation and conflict resolution skills;
• Great leadership skills that allow you to take the lead and implement projects from start to finish, while building efficient operational processes;
• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence);
• Understanding of processes in CRM systems, marketing and communicational platforms, 3rd party integrations.
• Ability to manage few teams/projects inside one product simultaneously
• Will be a plus: experience in game/gambling/marketing niches

• Launching and managing advertising campaigns in PropellerAds, OperaAds, PhoenixAds, and other advertising networks;
• Optimisation of campaigns according to ROI, CPA, CPC, CPM, CR, CTR;
• Testing and scaling of offers;
• Work with partner platforms (for example, Scaleo);
• Conversion analysis and A/B testing of creatives;
• Interaction with partners and negotiation of cooperation terms.
   

You Have:

• At least 6 months of experience in media buying;
• Knowledge of advertising formats: Push, Popunder, Display, Video, Native;
• Ability to work with analytics, optimise traffic and understand sources;
• Experience with Tier-3 markets (Africa);
• Knowledge of English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher is desirable.

It would be a plus:

• Experience with APIs of advertising platforms;
• Ability to scale profitable campaigns;
• Skills of searching for new traffic sources;
• Experience in iGaming & Sports Betting.
