Middle-Senior Media Buying with IGaming Experience Offline

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the team’s workflow and optimize internal processes to enhance productivity and team collaboration.
  • Drive significant traffic growth while ensuring effective acquisition strategies for better user engagement.
  • Analyze and track traffic data to continuously improve ROI and ensure maximum efficiency across all channels.
  • Discover and leverage new, high-performing traffic sources to scale marketing efforts.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at increasing click-through rates and boosting conversion rates.
  • Manage creative assets, constantly analyzing the performance of various creatives to identify what works best.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize key performance metrics (CPA, ROI, CTR, conversions) to meet and exceed targets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and propose actionable strategic solutions.
  • Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), driving department profitability through well-planned, data-driven strategies.
  • Actively contribute to PnL formation and support in the budgeting process for the department.

Our Expectations:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in the gambling vertical or a similar fast-paced industry.
  • Experience managing large budgets of $30,000 or more, with a strong ability to optimize spend effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar analytics platforms.
  • Deep understanding of core performance metrics in media buying, including CPA, ROI, CTR, and conversions.
  • Solid economic understanding, especially in PnL structure and experience in budgeting and financial optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
