We are looking for a SMM Specialist for Eated. It is a mobile app designed to help users build healthy eating habits without counting calories or following strict restrictions. We use a simple hand and plate method to teach people how to intuitively balance their meals, rather than obsessing over numbers.
Our main goal is to make healthy eating easy, accessible, and natural.
To put it simply β Eated is your food coach in your pocket.Your responsibilities will be:
- Creating content for Instagram and TikTok β videos, carousels, memes, trending formats, and educational content about health.
- Growing followers and engagement β through content, interactive activities, and community management.
- Finding and testing new content themes β understanding what resonates with the audience and scaling the best-performing ideas alongside the Creative Marketing Manager.
- Analyzing competitors β identifying what works for similar brands and which formats drive explosive growth.
- Collaborating closely with the team β aligning content with paid marketing campaigns.
- Moving fast, analyzing, and optimizing β we focus on results, not just process.
What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in SMM or content marketing.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok β their algorithms, trends, and content formats.
- Basic content production skills β video creation and editing (CapCut, VN, or similar tools).
- Knowledge of what works in the U.S. market and the ability to research and adapt to trends.
- English proficiency (B2+) β strong enough to create content.
- Ability to quickly generate and test ideas to find what resonates.
- Independence and proactiveness β we donβt hand out tasks, we expect you to find growth opportunities yourself.
- Experience with SMM analytics tools (TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite).

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement content strategies for our products.
- Overall management of social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), with possible expansion to other platforms.
- Execute content plans in collaboration with copywriters, designers, and UGC creators.
- Continuously monitor trends and best practices to adapt them to our brands.
- Work with UGC creators (search, communication, task setting).
- Create basic videos for Reels and TikTok using mobile apps.
- Analyze the effectiveness of SMM activities: track key metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, ROI), prepare reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve common goals.
- Perform basic community moderation and forward requests to the support team.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an SMM specialist with proven successful cases of increasing Brand Awareness and Revenue.
- Experience in creating viral content.
- Experience managing public pages and working with account networks is a plus.
- Understanding of the U.S. audience, knowledge of local trends, and cultural specifics.
- English proficiency at B2+ (written).
- Ability to take responsibility for decisions, high autonomy, and initiative.

- Excellent communication and community management skills.
