You will be the voice of our brand across multiple communities, blending organic crowd marketing with social media engagement to increase our brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities: 

• ncrease brand awareness and support reputation management through organic presence on forums, Reddit, and other community platforms.
• Moderate discussions and interact with users across Quora, Facebook, Threads, and Instagram, as well as mediate potential future blog comments.
  Research and identify relevant automotive forums (US-based) and subreddits (such as r/cars, r/MechanicAdvice, r/UsedCars, r/AutoAuction).
• Reddit: manage the company’s official subreddit, write comments and posts (cases, stories, personal experience) and drive posts into Top 10 rankings.
• Forums: create and warm up accounts, participate in discussions and initiate new forum threads to engage the audience; place native brand mentions (with or without links).
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback on Google Reviews, Trustpilot, and other review platforms.
• Collaborate with our SMM to reply to comments and keep our audience actively engaged on IG and FB.
• Gather trends and insights from social media and competitors to help the team plan content strategy.
   

Requirements: 

• 2+ years in Community Management or Crowd Marketing (strong experience with Reddit and forums is a must).
• Strong proficiency in English (upper-intermediate or higher)
• Ability to write naturally and conversationally (with or without AI), aligned with the company’s tone of voice.
• Understanding of when and where it is appropriate to mention the brand vs. place a link.

About the Role

We are looking for a strong Digital Designer who can turn strategy, product information, customer insights, and creative briefs into high-quality designs that communicate clearly and drive action.

This is not purely a brand or graphic design role.

You will work across the entire e-commerce customer journey, including:

• Amazon and marketplace listings

Brand Consistency

About the Role

We are looking for an extremely reliable, disciplined, precise, and organized person to perform a structured and repetitive operational role involving Google Ads and Meta Ads.

The main responsibilities are:

• Managing and modifying advertising campaign budgets at strictly scheduled times
• Making additional budget adjustments when specific predefined conditions occur
• Launching advertising campaigns according to instructions provided by our team
• Performing basic Virtual Assistant and operational tasks during the intervals between scheduled budget changes

No previous Media Buying experience is required.

Budget management and campaign launching in this position do not require personal advertising strategies or independent decision-making.

We will provide clear, step-by-step procedures and instructions that must be followed precisely.

Think of the role as highly structured and "robotic": we provide the rules, amounts, conditions, and procedures; your responsibility is to execute them accurately, quickly, and at the correct times.

For this reason, discipline, reliability, precision, and consistency are much more important than previous advertising experience.

Each person will be responsible for 4 scheduled budget-management sessions per day, in addition to campaign launches and other operational activities during their working window.

Main Responsibilities

1. Scheduled Budget Management

Access the assigned Google Ads and/or Meta Ads accounts at the scheduled times and modify campaign budgets according to the instructions provided.

You will be given the exact procedures and budget amounts to use.

Your responsibility is to make sure that:

• The correct account is selected
• The correct campaign is selected
• The correct budget is entered
• The modification is performed at the correct time
• No scheduled check-in is missed

Accuracy is extremely important.

2. Conditional Budget Adjustments

In addition to the scheduled budget changes, there may be specific situations in which budgets need to be increased or adjusted.

You will receive clear rules explaining exactly when these situations occur and what action must be taken.

You will not be expected to independently develop a Media Buying strategy.

Your responsibility is simply to:

identify the predefined condition → follow the procedure → execute the required action.

3. Campaign Launching

During the intervals between scheduled budget-management sessions, you will also be responsible for launching new advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Again, you will receive the necessary training, procedures, assets, and instructions.

Previous experience launching advertising campaigns is therefore not required.
