Зараз ми шукаємо SEO Team Lead, який/яка візьме на себе SEO-стратегію масштабного проєкту: мережі локалізованих сайтів під різні країни та мови, керуватиме SEO-командою і відповідатиме за ріст органічного трафіку.

Чим потрібно займатися:

- Розробка SEO-стратегії проєкту, її захист перед стейкхолдерами та регулярна актуалізація;
- Налаштування SEO-процесів: планування, пріоритизація беклогу, ритм регулярної звітності;

- Постановка задач SEO-спеціалісту та лінкбілдеру, контроль строків і якості, розвиток команди;

- Валідація SEO-рішень і гіпотез перед впровадженням: оцінка потенційного впливу на трафік та ризиків;

- Відповідальність за ріст органічного трафіку як ключовий KPI ролі;

- Проведення аналізу ринку та успішних конкурентів, постійний пошук зон зростання і розвитку проєкту;

- Розробка лінк-стратегії та контент-плану, формування ТЗ на контент;

- Контроль технічного стану проєкту: технічні аудити, індексація, on-page оптимізація;

- Моніторинг основних метрик, аналіз просадок і впливу оновлень Google, план реакції;

- Постановка завдань на суміжні відділи (контент, розробка, дизайн) та контроль якості виконання;

- Щотижнева, щомісячна та щоквартальна звітність по SEO-метриках;

- Забезпечення виконання KPI та ведення документації по проєкту.

Необхідний бекграунд:

- Досвід роботи у SEO від 4 років, з них від 1 року в ролі SEO Lead/Head of SEO;

- Підтверджені кейси зростання органічного трафіку: зможете показати цифри (було/стало) та пояснити, за рахунок чого досягнуто результат;

- Досвід побудови SEO-стратегії для контентних або афілейтних проєктів та її реалізації силами команди;

- Розуміння роботи пошукових систем, принципів ранжування, on/off-page факторів, впливу оновлень Google; розуміння E-E-A-T та специфіки YMYL-тематик;

- Досвід управління командою: постановка цілей, декомпозиція стратегії в задачі, контроль виконання, зворотний зв'язок;

- Вміння працювати з великими обсягами інформації, систематизувати, аналізувати дані та обробляти їх у Google Spreadsheets;

- Знання SEO-інструментів: Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, NetPeak Checker, Majestic, Surfer SEO;

- Досвід роботи в лінкбілдингу: знання різних видів посилань, оцінка якості донорів, вміння вибудувати лінк-стратегію та керувати роботою лінкбілдера;

- Знання HTML, CSS, розуміння технічного SEO;

- Навички проведення аудиту сайтів;

- Досвід використання AI-інструментів для SEO-задач;

- Стратегічний та аналітичний підхід до організації роботи, звичка аргументувати рішення даними.

Що очікуємо:

• Англійська мова: від письмової А2.
• Досвід роботи фармером із Facebook від 1 року. Знання всіх основних елементів по роботі з акаунтами: реєстрація, фарм, прив’язка номера телефону, електронної пошти, налаштування двофакторної автентифікації та ін.
• Вміння працювати з усіма інструментами фармера: проксі, антидетект браузером, сервісами із прийняття sms онлайн, та ін.
• Вміння створювати FanPage відповідно до запиту і лендінгів баєрів.

• Вміння проходити ЗРД на Facebook.

   

Основні задачі:

• Підготовка повного технічного сетапу за запитом клієнта або внутрішньої команди.
• Поєднання різних складових сетапу (соціальні акаунти, інфраструктура, доступи, допоміжні елементи) в єдину робочу конфігурацію.
• Перевірка валідності всіх елементів сетапу перед передачею в роботу.
• Заміна даних або окремих складових сетапу у разі виявлення невідповідностей, ризиків або технічних помилок.
• Передача готового та перевіреного сетапу клієнту або внутрішній команді відповідно до встановленого процесу.
• Підготовка аналогічних сетапів для внутрішнього використання (тести, запуск нових процесів, робота команди).
• Проведення аудитів соціальних акаунтів (перевірка якості, валідності, відповідності стандартам, наявності обмежень або ризиків).
• Ведення та актуалізація бази соціальних акаунтів (у тому числі даних із Multilogin та інших інструментів обліку).
• Контроль коректності обліку, статусів та технічних параметрів акаунтів.
• Виконання окремих завдань Team Lead Farm, повʼязаних із оптимізацією процесів, технічною перевіркою або структуризацією бази.

• Дотримання вимог інформаційної безпеки та конфіденційності.

   

Буде додатковим плюсом, якщо наш кандидат:

• Ознайомлений із роботою або має досвід у фармі чи роботі із TikTok, Twitter, Snapchat, Google.
