We are looking for a UGC Creator to help us collect and transform patient stories into creative video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This role is a perfect match if you know how to tell stories through video, keep up with trends, and have a sharp visual sense.
What you'll be doing:
- Collect UGC content: photos, videos, stories, and comments from patients (with permission for use)
- Interview patients or coordinate with them to gather details, feedback, and before/after photos
- Create video content: write scripts, shoot, edit, and record voiceovers (using CapCut or similar tools)
- Adapt user stories into formats like testimonials, reactions, before/after comparisons
- Suggest new formats for both video and text-based UGC
- Publish content on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts according to the content plan
- Track performance metrics: engagement, views, replays, comments
What we expect:
- Experience in creating short-form videos (personal blog or commercial projects)
- Ability to write simple scripts and shoot content with a UGC aesthetic
