    Position Summary

    The Digital Marketing & Outbound Assistant will support our marketing team with highly structured, recurring tasks across email and LinkedIn outbound campaigns. This is an entry-level role ideal for a detail-oriented self-starter who enjoys following clear processes, working with marketing automation tools, and using AI to improve efficiency.

    The role involves collecting and cleaning audience data, verifying contacts, setting up and running A/B tests, adding new inboxes to outreach tools, monitoring deliverability, and preparing performance reports. You will also assist with light content adaptation for outbound messaging and ensure campaigns run smoothly end-to-end.

    Using ChatGPT and other AI tools is a core part of our workflow and company culture β€” you will be expected to use AI daily to speed up repetitive work, improve copy, and find smarter ways to complete tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    Outbound Campaign Support

    • Collect and compile audiences from various sources for outbound campaigns.
    • Clean, de-duplicate, and verify contact lists using verification tools.
    • Add and configure new inboxes in Smartleads (or similar outreach platforms).
    • Set up and monitor A/B tests for email and LinkedIn outreach copy.
    • Track and report on deliverability metrics, open rates, and response rates.

    AI-Enhanced Workflow

    • Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve messaging, optimize workflows, and automate repetitive processes.
    • Research and test AI-based solutions for contact list cleaning, personalization, and campaign optimization.

    Campaign Performance & Reporting

    • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for outbound campaigns.
    • Highlight trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

    General Marketing Operations

    • Maintain process documentation for outbound workflows.
    • Support the marketing team with other operational or administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    • At least 1 year of experience in a SaaS environment or a marketing agency.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
    • Comfortable following structured, repetitive workflows.
    • Familiarity with email and LinkedIn outreach tools (experience with Smartleads is a plus).
    • Basic understanding of A/B testing and deliverability best practices.
    • Quick learner, adaptable to new tools and processes.
    • Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools for daily work.
    • Proficient in English; clear written communication skills.
    • Previous experience in marketing operations, lead generation, or data entry is a plus.

    We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Growth Lead who will help to solidify the UA direction and significantly strengthen it with their own technical expertise. Our products are based on a subscription monetization model and are focused on Tier 1 markets, in particular the USA, where we strive to maximize impact and profitability.

    You will work directly with our company's CMO, Ivanna Gorobets, and the teams of CMM, ASO and UA managers.

     

    Key tasks you will work on:

    • Development and implementation of strategic growth initiatives in Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat platforms with a focus on efficiency and scaling
    • Constant search for new growth points based on the results of past activities, competitor analysis, and communication with other market players
    • Search, implementation, and testing of new flows to attract users to the product
    • Synchronization of test roadmaps between products, scaling win-strategies, organization of brainstorms, and retrospectives based on test results
    • Support of the UA team in case of technical issues (testing, scaling)
    • Conducting strategic communication with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat: planning tests, testing new functionality, agreements on bonuses/incentives
    • Escalation and resolution of critical technical issues together with the platforms
    • Building long-term partnerships with platforms as key players in the growth of JATAPP products
    • Choosing the optimal approach to automating UA activities: custom development or using external solutions
    • Building logic, architecture, and implementation of procurement automation systems from scratch, according to business goals
    • Collaborate with UA, development, and analytics teams to test, improve, and scale automations

       

    What you’ll need:

    • Experience as a UA Manager (Meta Ads / TikTok / Snapchat) - from 2 years (specifically in procurement)
    • Deep understanding of the auction model and the specifics of working with Meta-priority, TikTok and Snapchat - will be a plus
    • Knowledge of the principles of attribution of mobile applications, including the features of SKAN
    • Experience with web2app approaches: procurement, technical settings, analytics
    • Understanding of working with advertising platforms APIs (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
    • Strong analytical skills: finding insights, identifying growth points, using analytical tools
    • Experience working with Appsflyer or other MMP
    • Confident command of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
    • Experience with AI tools for generating static images
