Your future team of professionals

Impact you will make  

• Finding and resolving user issues regarding product functionality. 
• Reproduction of problems described by the user using different databases, as well as different applications. 
• Providing complete and structured instructions for issue-resolving. 
• Recreating user scenarios to find the best solution. 
• Checking the provided solutions for correctness. 
• Researching third-party applications and tools. 
• Communicating with Customer Support Engineers (Tier 1) to help resolve customer issues.

Skills we are looking for  

• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or in a similar role. 
• Solid understanding of technical support principles and customer-centric communication. 
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.). 
• Intermediate level of English (written and spoken) for effective user communication and documentation. 
• Understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP), ETL processes, and cloud applications. 
• Experience in creating clear and structured bug reports. 
• Proactive mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

As a QA Engineer, your main mission is to ensure the software’s functionality, usability, and performance align perfectly with our users’ needs.

What you will do:

- Conducting various types of testing, including functional, integration, system, and regression.

- Creating and maintaining test documentation, including test cases, and test data.

- Identifying and reporting software defects and issues using appropriate bug tracking tools, and working closely with development teams to resolve them.

- Investigate urgent issues from customers

- Work closely with devs, BA

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in software testing

- Intermediate written and spoken English

- Experience in testing Web applications

- Attention to detail, high level of self-organization and liability

What would be a plus but not required:

- Experience in API testing

We’re a fast-growing HealthTech company creating multiple products at the intersection of wellness and artificial intelligence. This role, however, is for a new wellness-focused product currently in active development. We’re building a platform that will redefine how users interact with health and self-improvement tools, and we need someone to help us ensure this product maintains an excellent reputation across all public-facing platforms.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Brand Reputation Manager with strong attention to detail, experience in user feedback management, and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the public image of our product on app stores and review platforms. You’ll work closely with support, ASO, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and positive user experience — both internally and externally.

Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze user feedback across platforms like App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, and more
• Collaborate with customer support to ensure prompt and effective response to public reviews
• Work with internal teams to identify patterns in feedback and initiate product or communication improvements
• Coordinate external vendors or partners (if needed) to support ongoing reputation efforts
• Monitor reputation metrics and produce regular reports on review trends, sentiment, and potential risks
• Suggest initiatives to organically improve user sentiment and public brand perception
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in brand reputation, community management, user feedback, or customer success
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret sentiment and trends from qualitative data
• Familiarity with online review ecosystems (App Store, Google Play, Trustpilot, etc.)
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and work independently
• High level of discretion and professionalism in managing brand image
• English: intermediate or higher

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with wellness or mobile products (especially subscription-based)
• Understanding of ASO or mobile marketing principles
• Established relationships with third-party vendors for reputation management or brand support services
