Our Creative Director writes the concept, sometimes loosely, sometimes very specifically. The strongest ideas we run usually don't survive first contact with an editor unchanged, and that's the point.

Why this role is different from most editing jobs:
Most editors deliver a file and never find out whether it worked.
Here, your work goes live with real advertising spend behind it, and within days you'll know exactly how it performed — how many people watched past the hook, how many bought. You'll see your ideas tested against real customers spending real money, at a scale most editors never get access to.
