We are now entering a scaling phase and looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will help us grow internationally.

Role Mission

The mission of the Senior Business Development Manager is to build a predictable sales pipeline and close new partnerships with SaaS companies in the US and Europe.

The BDM will work closely with company founders and lead the commercial side of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development

• Identify and research target SaaS companies in US and EU markets
• Build and manage a structured target list of potential clients
• Generate outbound opportunities independently through LinkedIn, email and networking
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline

Conference Sales

• Identify relevant international tech conferences and events
• Prepare conference participation strategy together with founders
• Pre-book meetings with target companies before conferences
• Attend international conferences together with company founders
• Lead sales conversations and present company services to prospects

Sales Process & Deal Closing

• Lead client discovery and qualification process
• Identify client needs and propose cooperation models
• Present company services (outsourcing, outstaff, dedicated teams)
• Prepare proposals and coordinate with delivery team
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients

Pipeline Management

• Maintain CRM and track all sales activities
• Manage follow-ups and nurture prospects

Cooperation Model with Founders

The Senior BDM leads the commercial side of the sales process.

Typical sales flow:

BDM → lead generation and outreach

About the role

You will be a Core Developer in our product team, taking charge of developing and scaling our mobile product. This is a high-impact position where you’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle: from building core product features and modern UIs to designing a reliable, fast, and efficient infrastructure around it. • Design, build, and maintain mobile app and its infra using Flutter and a Node.js backend. Develop and optimize web-frontend (marketing funnels).

We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to own and scale our affiliate channel with a strong focus on traffic quality, fraud control, and performance analytics.

Core responsibilities

- Grow the affiliate channel for our subscription products (iOS, Android web)

- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners.

- Recruit and onboard new affiliates and networks (media buyers, arbitrage teams, content creators, referral partners).  

Performance & analytics

- Monitor traffic quality daily on the level of trials, subscriptions, refunds, and basic LTV.  

- Detect and prevent fraud and low‑quality traffic (incent/ motivated, fake trials, stolen cards, bot traffic) together with BI and product teams.  

- Analyze performance by partner, campaign, GEO, funnel, and creative; launch tests to improve ROI and LTV.  

- Prepare concise performance reports and input for monthly/quarterly planning for the affiliate channel.  

Offers, tracking & creatives

- Manage offers and terms: payouts, caps, GEOs, funnels, promo codes, and tests; ensure partners always have actual bids.  

- Own the basic rules for approving and rejecting conversions and communicate decisions transparently to partners.  

- Work with the creative team on briefs for new creative concepts based on partner feedback.  

- Collaborate with UA, product, and analytics teams to keep tracking links, postbacks, and event structure accurate for proper attribution and payouts.  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager / Partnership Manager / Performance Marketing Manager
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CR to trial, CR trial→paid, ARPU, ROI, LTV, refund rate) and how they translate into partner economics.
• Experience working with affiliate networks and direct affiliates; proven track record of growing revenue from this channel.
• Practical experience with anti‑fraud / quality control on CPA/CPS/CPI deals (e.g. validating conversions, holding/rejecting traffic, setting up rules).
• Solid skills in analytics tools (attribution platforms, BI dashboards, spreadsheets); ability to dig into cohort reports and event funnels.
• Comfortable working with tracking links, postbacks, macros, and basic troubleshooting of tracking issues.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; ability to keep partners motivated while defending company margin and quality standards.
• Upper‑intermediate or higher English (written and spoken).
