We are seeking a skilled Software Change Manager (SCM) Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support application migration projects utilizing IBM's DBB/Git/IDD Solutions. It’s designed to digitize, streamline, and accelerate clinical trial operations across the full study lifecycle. The solution represents an end-to-end clinical trial management ecosystem that integrates multiple tools into one platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions and contribute to architectural decisions in a distributed, cloud-based environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience with .NET Core / C# - at least 5 years
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience in the healthcare domain
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs design and development
• Experience with SQL / Relational Databases
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Your Responsibilities:
