About the position

Quantum is expanding its team in Central Europe and is looking for talented Data Science Engineers to join us. Our projects span multiple domains, including data analysis, fintech, computer vision, image processing, edge-device solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), and classical Machine Learning applications. Must have skills:

• Experience with some of the following of Ethernet protocols (TCP, UDP, DHCP, DNS, ARP, NTP, SMTP, SNMP, ICMP) and CAN protocols (J1939, CANOpen);
• Еxperience with some of the following  іn-circuit embedded interfaces: SPI, UART, CAN, I2C, I2S, SMBus, etc.
• Еxperience with  some of the following  embedded interfaces: RS 232/422/ 485 , Ethernet, USB bus, etc.
• Еxperience with  some of the following  wireless interfaces: Bluetooth, BLE , WiFi, ZigBee, etc ;
• Experience with different microcontrollers: mainly ARM Cortex- Mx based ( STM32, ATMEL, TI), ESP32, Microchip, Silicon labs (EFR and EFM series) ;
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher, both spoken and written.
• Master or Bachelor degree in electronics or computer science engineering

 Required secondary list of skills:

       -Version control and bug-tracking systems;

We are actively growing and scaling, which is why we are looking for a Customer Support Representative with at least 6 months of experience to join our team of professionals!

Your working hours will be mixed shifts, from 14:00 to 22:30 Eastern European Time (EET) and from 22:00 to 6:30 Eastern European Time (EET)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving user incidents: analyzing incoming tickets, live chats, and phone calls, conducting investigations, communicating with users, and fully satisfying their requests. This will take up 60% of your work time;
• Collaborating closely with the moderation team, partners, and customers. This will take up 20% of your time;
• Updating knowledge bases and continuously improving user communication processes. This will take up 10% of your time;
• Preparing reports on user requests. This will take up 10% of your time.

Your main tasks will be:

• Resolving customer requests;
• Finding answers to their questions (we will assist you with this!);
• Ensuring high-quality communication between related departments.

We expect you to have:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support in English;
• Basic knowledge of working with helpdesk systems (experience with Zendesk chat and ticketing system, as well as phone support);
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with fluent speaking skills;
• Strong communication skills in English, both via email and phone.

It would be an advantage if you have:

• Experience with payments, verification, or KYC;
• Knowledge of manuals, rules, and standards for customer communication;
• A deep understanding of customer-friendliness and the ability to apply it effectively;
• Strong interpersonal and psychological skills to handle even the most difficult customers.

We are seeking a motivated Junior Big Data Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of data pipelines, data models, and data processing solutions within modern cloud and big data environments. You will work closely with senior engineers to build scalable data solutions and support data-driven business initiatives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL, a solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals, and an interest in working with large-scale data platforms and AI-powered solutions.
