About the Role

We're looking for a curious and motivated Junior Python Engineer to join our team. You'll be building backend services, REST APIs, and data-processing pipelines, with some exposure to cloud infrastructure along the way.

We work in pairs — juniors are always paired with someone at a similar or slightly higher level, not just for code reviews, but for day-to-day coding, architecture decisions, and problem solving. This is production work: you'll ship backend services that customers rely on, with the safety net of another teammate beside you.

The client is US-based, so the team works US business hours; for engineers in Ukraine, this means your working day ends around midnight Kyiv time. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability.

What You'll Work On

• Backend Services & APIs — build and maintain REST APIs and backend services for client platforms.
• Document Processing — build pipelines for validation, extraction, and status tracking.
• AWS Integrations — work with AWS infrastructure managed through Terraform.
• Internal Tooling — build workflow automation and internal tools.

Tech Stack

• Backend — Python (our main language), a web framework (most of our services run on one), SQL or a NoSQL store for reading and writing data.
• Cloud — AWS (Lambda, S3, IAM) and Terraform — both nice-to-haves, you'll pick up what you need on the job.

Working Hours & Format

This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on your availability. It's remote, with occasional face-to-face working sessions. Our client operates on US business hours, so the schedule needs to align with US time zones — for engineers based in Ukraine, your working day will end around midnight Kyiv time.

Requirements

Solid fundamentals in Python, familiarity with a web framework, and a basic understanding of REST APIs.

Exposure to AWS or Terraform is a plus, but not required — you'll pick up what you need on the job. We care more about your curiosity and attitude than your CV.

Responsibilities

• Monitor data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across databases, dashboards, and reports.
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with business, BI, Data Engineering, and IT teams.
• Handle BI support requests, including incorrect metrics, missing data, report refresh issues, and access problems.
• Validate reporting logic and help users understand key metrics.
• Maintain data quality checks, help automate recurring controls, and document common issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Quality, Data Analysis, BI Support, CRM analytics, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience validating data and troubleshooting reporting discrepancies.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills.
• Experience with BI reports and an understanding of how data moves from source systems to dashboards.
• Clear communication with users and technical teams.

Nice to have

Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, or automated data quality checks.

Our client company applies AI to Ukraine's drone fleet, flying on live combat missions. The company is partnered with some of the major OEMs and brigades in Ukraine, and its AI is also deployed on EU platforms.

The company was built on a simple premise: deterrence is proven in the field, not built in a laboratory. The company is hiring a Technical Lead  who wants to keep building, not step away from it.

This role leads the Pilot and Platform engineering teams - not through day-to-day people management or payroll, but through architecture, product decisions and direct technical leadership.

 A CTO sits above this role to handle strategy, business and financing; this position exists so that whoever holds it can stay close to the code and the customer instead of being pulled upward into the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the product team to shape product development
• Own system architecture across the flight autopilot and hardware/platform layers
• Drive both the Pilot and Platform engineering teams to ship
• Lead product and architectural decisions, guide the teams, participate in recruiting

• Stay hands-on in the codebase (roughly half of the role)

Requirements

• Deep hands-on engineering expertise and strong credibility in the codebase
• Experience owning system architecture across complex, hardware-adjacent software systems
• A track record of driving engineering teams to ship without formal management authority
• Comfort working closely with product and OEM stakeholders on real-world trade-offs
• A build-first mentality - this is primarily a technical role, not a strategy or business-focused role

Company Offer

• Top-of-market compensation + equity
• A senior technical role that allows you to stay hands-on, close to both the code and the customer
• Direct influence over the architecture and a product deployed in real-world combat environments
• Military exemption (reservation) may be provided, subject to available company quota

The offer

• Full-time, Kyiv. On-site preferred, hybrid possible.

• Start date: as early as possible.
• Conscription Booking.

Why join us

• Influence key aircraft design decisions from an early stage.
• Develop, build and test: take your work from analysis to real hardware.
• Choose technical approaches, propose ideas and test them with short decision paths.
• Become a core team member to shape how the company works, take on more responsibility as it grows, and grow with it.

SKELAR is a venture builder that creates international IT companies according to venture capital investment guidelines. Together with our co-founders, we assemble solid and efficient teams to launch tech businesses that will succeed globally.

We’re looking for a Product Manager for our partner company, Duomo.

Duomo is an app rooted in Christian values, helping people turn Scripture into daily habits and inner peace. We’re building a leading church-tech product for people seeking spiritual renewal.

To achieve this ambitious goal, we’re looking for a Middle Product Manager who will take real ownership of how Duomo evolves and how users experience the product.

What you’ll be responsible for

As our first PM, you will report directly to the Product Lead and:

• Own product areas end-to-end: problem discovery → solution → delivery → outcome.
• Drive the product development plan, balancing quick wins and long-term bets.
• Improve key product metrics (activation, engagement, LTV) through experiments and iteration.
• Translate user needs and insights into clear product goals and measurable outcomes.
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Content to turn ideas into business impact.

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager on a B2C product.
• You can break down a vague vision ("make the app more engaging") into a series of testable, measurable hypotheses.
• Before shipping anything, you understand what user behavior you’re aiming to change and how that change impacts key metrics like LTV, activation, or retention.
• Outcome-driven, not output-driven: You feel a physical itch when you see a feature shipped that doesn't move a metric or has a clear hypothesis.
• You thrive in an fast-paced environment with speed, ambiguity, and responsibility.

What will help you succeed in this role?

• You measure success by what changes for users and the business.
• You ask “what problem are we solving?” before building anything.
• You’re comfortable challenging ideas and proposing better alternatives.
• You can execute without heavy processes, but know when structure is needed.
• You’re hungry to grow and continuously improve as a PM.

Why Duomo

• You’ll work on a product with a clear mission and real values.
• You’ll help us transition from a content-rich app into a truly connected spiritual platform.
• You’ll be early enough to influence how product is done at Duomo long-term.

What we offer:

• Competitive salary;
• Significant impact on a rapidly growing business and contribution to how it shapes up;
• Ample career opportunities for ambitious growth and development;
• A possibility to attend internal, external courses, seminars and the access to a corporate library;
• Comfortable working environment. We provide all necessary work equipment for your role and serve complimentary breakfasts, lunches, and snacks in the office;
• 20 days of paid vacation, medical insurance and a variety of sports activities available for employees inside and outside the office.
