UAV Engineer

Aero is an international team of engineers based in Ukraine. The company was founded in August 2026 and raised its first round of capital.

We're looking for an Aircraft Designer / Aerodynamics Engineer to join the core build team and own the aerodynamic and aero-structural design of an airframe — from CFD and stability analysis through to a flying prototype and first deployments.

What you'll do

• Design and iterate the BWB airframe geometry, balancing aerodynamic efficiency, stability/control, and shaping constraints.
• Run aerodynamic modeling and simulation (CFD, stability & control, performance envelope) to support design decisions.
• Work closely with the Head of Design on composite structure, control-surface actuation, and integration with propulsion and avionics.
• Iterate quickly across a batch-build, test-and-fly development cycle rather than a single "golden" prototype.
