UAV Engineer

We are a Kyiv-based international startup engineering the next generation of fixed-wing UAVs. To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a hands-on engineer to take ownership of prototype development, structural build, systems integration, and field testing.

customers, we are focused entirely on delivering world-class results.

Your role

• Contribute to aircraft development from initial concepts through prototype testing.
• Select, assemble, and integrate components across hardware and software.
• Support ground and flight testing, analyse results and troubleshoot issues.
• Work in multiple domains, like aircraft design, powertrain, aerodynamics and GNC.

Your profile

• Practical engineering experience or substantial personal or university projects.
• A hands-on approach: ready to build, test, troubleshoot, and learn new systems.
• Ability to work independently, explain technical decisions, and collaborate in a small team.
• English required.

Experience in ANY of the following is a plus

• Aerodynamics: fixed-wing analysis and CFD simulation.
• Aircraft design and sizing: conceptual design, performance modelling and simulation using MATLAB, Python or comparable tools.
• Powertrain: electric propulsion; combustion or hybrid propulsion experience also welcome.
• Systems engineering: requirements, interfaces, integration and verification.
• GNC: flight controls, navigation and autopilot integration, particularly ArduPilot.
• Airborne electronics: component selection, avionics integration, circuit or PCB development.
