We are looking for a Head of Business Development (B2B Platform) who will be responsible for acquiring new clients and scaling the partnerships function β€” from prospecting and closing deals to building long-term relationships with partners.

 

What you will do:

  • Acquire new B2B partners (operators, affiliate teams, investors) interested in launching iGaming products in Tier 1 markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle
  • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients
  • Present the product as an end-to-end solution for launching and scaling brands
  • Develop commercial proposals tailored to partners’ business models
  • Lead negotiations at the C-level and close complex deals
  • Analyze Tier 1 markets: competition, trends, regulatory and platform constraints
  • Leverage client feedback and contribute to product development
  • Build long-term partnerships and grow clients post-launch

 

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (iGaming, affiliate, fintech, or related regulated / high-risk industries)
  • Experience selling complex products or solutions (platforms, white label, performance-based models)
  • Understanding of Tier 1 market specifics
  • Understanding of user acquisition and monetization models in iGaming
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
  • Ability to independently build a pipeline and achieve revenue targets
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

 

Nice to have:

  • Personal network within the iGaming or affiliate industry
  • Experience working with White Label solutions in Tier 1 markets
