Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Planning:

- Develop, maintain, and update internal HR policies to align with company values and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team on visual materials for policies and branded HR content.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of HR experience with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in HR software systems (People Force).
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices
