We are looking for a seasoned C# / UI Engineer to take ownership of our application's UI architecture. We are currently modernizing our technology stack and migrating heavily toward Unity UI Toolkit.

In this role, you will architect a reactive, scalable UI system that operates seamlessly across both mobile and desktop platforms. While Unity is our core framework, we place greater value on strong C# engineering fundamentals than on traditional “gameplay” scripting. If you come from a .NET/WPF background and want to apply those skills to a high-performance visual application, this role is an excellent fit.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • UI Architecture: Lead the implementation of new features using Unity UI Toolkit, replacing legacy UI systems with modern, maintainable standards (UXML/USS).
    • Cross-Platform Engineering: Ensure the application performs reliably and efficiently across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS.
    • System Integration: Integrate external native libraries (audio, analytics, etc.) and seamlessly bridge them into the Unity environment.
    • Code Quality: Champion high C# engineering standards, perform code reviews, and maintain a clean, modular, and scalable architecture.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Product and Design teams to translate complex musical requirements into intuitive , user-friendly interfaces.
    • Engineering First: You are a Software Engineer first and a Unity developer second. You have strong architectural skills and deep expertise in C#.
    • UI Expertise: You have solid building complex user interfaces and understand concepts such as data binding, MVVM patterns, and responsive layout systems.
      • Note: Experience with WPF, UWP, WinUI, or Avalonia is highly valued and translates well to our stack.
    • Unity Knowledge: You are familiar with Unity’s lifecycle and UI Toolkit (or a strong willingness to master it quickly based on previous .NET UI experience).
    • Problem Solving: You enjoy tackling challenging technical problems, from optimizing UI performance to managing complex application state and navigation flows.
    • Experience with native languages (Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, or C++) for plugin maintenance.
    • You play a musical instrument and can read traditional music notation.

    What we require from you:

    • Engineering First: You are a Software Engineer first and a Unity developer second. You have strong architectural skills and deep expertise in C#.
    • UI Expertise: You have solid building complex user interfaces and understand concepts such as data binding, MVVM patterns, and responsive layout systems.

    • Problem Solving: You enjoy tackling challenging technical problems, from optimizing UI performance to managing complex application state and navigation flows.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with native languages (Objective-C/Swift, Java/Kotlin, or C++) for plugin maintenance.
    • You play a musical instrument and can read traditional music notation.

Join a forward-thinking SaaS company at the forefront of advertising technology for high-risk industries!

We are not just another AdTech SaaS Company; we help advertisers in grey zones (crypto, gaming, nutra, etc.) scale profitably on Facebook and other platforms. This is not a passive inbound-closing position. As Sales Manager, you own the pipeline from start to finish. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound prospecting, managing discovery calls, understanding client needs, and closing deals with confidence. You will work with both qualified inbound leads and high-potential outbound prospects that you source yourself. Your mission is simple: build a pipeline, control the sales process, and close revenue.

    Who You Are

    - You have experience selling high-ticket or B2B solutions, ideally in fast-moving environments

    - You can manage outbound prospecting and closing conversations confidently

    - You understand how to diagnose pain points and articulate value clearly

    - You handle objections with structure, precision, and momentum

    - You adapt your communication style to different buyer personalities

    - You know high-risk industries or learn fast

    - You thrive in performance environments where measurable results matter

    What You'll Own

    - Outbound prospecting to build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
    - Inbound leads through marketing activities
    - Running structured discovery and sales calls with authority
    - Managing deals from first touch to close while maintaining strong conversion rates
    - Handling objections strategically and driving clear next steps
    - Reporting on KPIs, including pipeline value, close rate, call volume, outreach activity, and revenue
    - Collaborating with marketing to refine ICP targeting and improve lead quality
    - Consistently contributing to monthly and quarterly sales targets

    What We Offer

    • Base salary plus performance-based commission with no earnings ceiling
    • A proven, in-demand offer already generating consistent sales
    • Full sales support, training, and resources to strengthen your edge
    • Remote, flexible work environment with a fast-moving, high-performance team
    • A role with clear growth potential as we scale aggressively

If you are a Sales Manager who thrives on ownership, speed, and closing deals with clarity, we should talk.

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered developer tools—systems that understand large codebases, automate real engineering work, and integrate directly into how developers build software.

We’re a fast-growing, fully remote, international company operating at the edge of AI, infrastructure, and developer productivity. This role is for engineers who enjoy hard problems, high ownership, and building things that didn’t exist before.

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of critical parts of the platform—from backend architecture to frontend experiences used daily by developers. This is not a feature-factory role.

You’ll often work independently on complex initiatives, making architectural decisions, untangling difficult technical problems, and shipping solutions that scale. You’ll collaborate closely with AI engineers, but you’ll be expected to drive execution and technical direction.

    What You’ll Build:

    • Scalable backend services and APIs that power AI-driven automation
    • High-quality frontend experiences using React and TypeScript, focused on performance and usability
    • Systems that analyze and operate on large, real-world codebases
    • Integrations that embed AI assistants directly into developer workflows
    • Infrastructure and systems optimized for speed, reliability, and iteration

    Tech Stack:

    • Frontend: React.js, TypeScript
    • Backend: Node.js or Python
    • Infrastructure: AWS (managed services), Postgres, Redis

    What We’re looking for:

    • 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience in production environments
    • Designing and owning complex systems end-to-end
    • Making pragmatic architectural decisions in fast-moving environments
    • Working with minimal process and high trust
    • Solving hard problems without needing step-by-step direction
    • Experience in early-stage or fast-scaling startups
    • Technical leadership or ownership over major initiatives
    • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, CI/CD, or Infrastructure as Code

Both directions are already delivering results, and the teams include strong specialists.

We are now approaching the next logical stage of growth — we need someone who will bring these directions together under unified strategic management.
This role is not about “keeping things running,” but about building a system and scaling it.

    What you’ll do

    • Take ownership of two performance marketing directions
    • Build transparent and scalable processes
    • Become a leader for the teams, not just a KPI-driven manager

    • Experience in a similar role with ownership of a monthly marketing budget of $500k+.
    • Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets.
    • Previous experience as User Acquisition Manager
    • Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, Google, etc.
    • A data-driven mindset and a strong desire to analyze and optimize acquisition performance, with excellent command of key performance and retention metrics: LTV, CPA, EROI, etc.
    • Practical experience with analytics platforms and tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.
    • Experience running marketing for multiple apps/products simultaneously.

    • Web2App experience (nice to have).

    What we offer

    • A fast-growing environment with minimal bureaucracy
    • Support for professional development
    • 15 paid vacation days
    • 15 paid sick days
    • 5 paid days off
