We are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales function across international markets. You will be responsible for building and executing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and driving revenue growth in alignment with the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for international B2B markets
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships
• Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales approaches
• Manage key accounts and close high-value deals
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align go-to-market strategies

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales leadership roles (preferably in SaaS, IT services, or technology products)
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience working with international clients and markets
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
