    🧩 What you'll Be Doing:
    – Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions across various departments and positions
    – Utilise a variety of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, social media platforms, professional networks, online databases etc.

    Our product (BookingAgentInfo.com) connects businesses with celebrities and influencers for endorsements, brand partnerships, and event bookings. We’re growing fast and the main focus for whoever we hire will be to rebuild our current application. We h We’re also integrating AI features that enhance our internal workflows and user experience.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Refactor and improve our Symfony codebase for performance and maintainability
    • Build features with a strong understanding of business logic and user needs
    • Translate product requirements into smart data relationships and clean architecture
    • Test your work like a real user—there’s no dedicated QA team
    • Collaborate closely with the CEO and team to shape the product
       

    What We’re Looking For

    • Expert Symfony skills (Symfony 4.4+ and Doctrine)
    • Product mindset—you care about how things work and why
    • Strong database design skills (MySQL or similar)
    • Able to work independently, move fast, and take ownership
    • Comfortable with basic frontend (HTML, CSS, JS framework like Vue or React)

    You’ll join our User Acquisition team, responsible for driving new user growth, fueling product expansion, and supporting the company’s financial goals.     What you will do:

    • Scale Headway App’s user acquisition through Google Ads campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the Product team to design new funnels and run product experiments.
    • Analyze data, metrics, and test outcomes to make decisions grounded in data-driven insights.
    • Improve funnel conversions (CRO) in partnership with the Product team.
    • Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize growth.
    • Work closely with Creative Marketing, Product Marketing, and Analytics teams to drive new user growth.
    • Build and maintain automations and scripts to streamline campaign management and optimization.
       

    What you need to join us:

    • Proven experience with Google Ads (PMax, Search, Demand Gen, Display).
    • Strong knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
    • Solid understanding of marketing metrics
    • Ability to analyze data and uncover causal relationships.
    • Hands-on experience with scripts and campaign automation.
    • Experience working on CRO initiatives with product teams is a strong plus.
