    This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end financial journeys: from onboarding and KYC flows, to payments and card management, to crypto trading interfaces.
     

    Requirements 

     

    • 2–3 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (with fintech, crypto, or payments exposure preferred).
    • Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping) and familiarity with tools like Miro.
    • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex financial or data-driven UX.
    • Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility.
    • Ability to collaborate across design, product, engineering, and compliance teams.
    • English level - B2

    • Experience designing for crypto exchanges, wallets, or digital banking apps.

    • Creative Strategy Sessions - Lead frequent strategic thinking sessions with team leads to align on creative direction, campaign goals, and industry-level market trends.
