As a Sports Product Manager at TrueLabel you will have a unique opportunity to manage integration with a sportsbook product from scratch to going live to exponential growth. You will be in charge of setting up sportbooks integrations, authoring simple product specifications and collaborating with Design and Engineering teams to deliver highest quality sportsbook solution to our clients. Your tasks:

• Work with business owners, stakeholders, and the Product team to define the product vision and roadmap to deliver a best-in-class sports product to our customers;
• Use data and business needs to define and build business cases for the Sports product;
• Author clear, detailed, and simple product specifications;
• Own and manage the sportsbook product roadmap aligned with overall product strategy, setting delivery expectations with stakeholders and customers;

• Launch, analyze, and optimize traffic campaigns for Asian and African region

• Develop and test new profitable approaches and traffic sources

Requirements

• 2+ years media buying experience with minimum 1 years in Asian and African region

• Proven track record of profitable traffic generation in Asian and Africa markets

• Experience creating and scaling campaigns

• Understanding of regional specifics, user behavior, and payment methods

• Hands-on experience with tracking systems (Binom, AppsFlyer, or similar)

• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive ROI and scale campaigns

What you will do:

• Respond to clients' inquiries acknowledging and resolving their complaints and issues;
• Identify clients' needs and inform them about existing and new features and how to use them;
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward PROs' at all times;
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues, bug reporting, and product improvements;
• Participate in various projects of the Operations team like tournaments, testing, and launching of new features, announcements of product changes;
• Represent the brand and provide an engaging and positive customer experience.
• All communication is carried out in written form via the website platform.

What we expect from you:

• High level of communication skills (written and verbal) and outstanding empathy;
• English level — B1-B2;
• High speed and accuracy of typing;
• Knowledge of the content of games:Destiny 2, WoW;
• Customer support experience, quick and efficient problem-solving ability;
• Good Internet connection;
• Gaming experience.
