We’re looking for a proven digital designer (4+ years of solid experience) who can lead web design projects from concept to holy-sht-this-is-amazing* level. 

Responsibilities: 

• Own projects from initial concepting through final delivery. We expect meticulous attention to detail and an eye for modern, premium aesthetics.
• Work closely with our content strategist, challenge the UX, and influence web copy to improve the overall user journey.
• Oversee asset creation, prototyping, QA, and CMS handoffs. Your work should flow cleanly from Figma into the browser.
• When it’s time to present work, be prepared to justify design decisions with equal parts creative flair and functional reasoning.
• Partner with creatives, developers, and writers to bring ambitious ideas to life.

Qualifications:
