About Logivations & Pixel Robotics

Logivations is an international technology company headquartered in Munich, with a long-established team in Lviv. Our product W2MO is one of the world's leading Digital Twin platforms for warehouse, supply chain and production logistics. It has more than 30,000 professional users. We are an SAP Application Development Partner and a LogiMAT "Best Product" winner, and through our MCP server, AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini can work directly inside a Digital Twin.

Our partner company Pixel Robotics builds autonomous mobile robots with AI-based camera navigation for pallet transport.

Two brands, real products, real customers, and much more to tell than we currently do.

About the role

We are looking for a marketing specialist who gets things done: independently, reliably, and at a quality level that does not need constant correction.

This is not a management or strategy role. Direction and priorities are set together with management in Munich. Your job is to turn them into finished, high-quality output, week after week. If you want to lead a team, this is not the right position. If you enjoy doing the actual work well and being trusted with it, it is.

What you will do

• Update and maintain sales and company presentations in our corporate design (PowerPoint and Google Slides)
• Run our LinkedIn presence for both brands: write posts, comment, repost and engage with partners, customers and industry content
• Write and edit B2B content in English, including case studies, short articles, newsletter texts and website updates
• Turn technical input from our engineers and project managers into clear, readable content
• Prepare materials for trade fairs, webinars and events
• Keep our marketing assets organised and up to date
• Work AI-first: use Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini as your daily tools to deliver more and better output

What we expect

• 2+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in B2B, tech, SaaS or industrial companies
• Content first: you write clearly and professionally in English and have a feel for what makes a good post, slide or case study
• Solid skills in PowerPoint and Google Slides. You can work cleanly within an existing design, but you don't need to be a designer
• You work independently: you understand the task, ask the right questions upfront, and deliver results that are ready to use
• Reliability: deadlines hold, and nothing gets forgotten
• Practical, everyday experience with AI tools in your marketing or content work
• Interest in technical topics such as logistics, AI and robotics, and willingness to learn them
• Very good written English

AI is part of the job, not an extra

You will use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini every day. They are central to how this role works.

We expect you to use AI to:

• draft and refine LinkedIn posts, comments, case studies and newsletter texts
• update and restructure presentations faster
• research topics, customers, competitors and industry news
• turn technical documents, notes and transcripts into readable content
• check your own work for clarity, consistency and errors before handing it over

We are not looking for someone who copies generic AI output. You use AI for speed, and you take responsibility for the result. You edit, fact-check and adapt everything so it sounds like us and is ready to publish.

If you already have your own AI workflows, prompts or tools you rely on, tell us about them in your application.

Nice to have

• German language skills
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, automation or industrial software
• Experience with LinkedIn company pages and B2B social media

What we offer

• Direct collaboration with management in Munich and short decision paths
• Real technology topics instead of generic marketing
• A stable international company with a long-standing team in Lviv
• Competitive salary paid in EUR

Application process

Short intro call, followed by a small paid or short test task (for example, updating two slides and writing a LinkedIn post, with AI use welcome), then a final interview.

(Dear candidates, please note: this is not a remote position!)

Lviv, Ukraine | Flexible / study-compatible | Occasional international travel

with the option to grow into a Robotics Engineer, Project Manager or Consultant

About Logivations

Logivations develops advanced robotics, Digital Twin and AI solutions for logistics and industrial environments. Our technology is used by more than 30,000 professionals worldwide and trusted by global companies including Adidas, Amazon, DHL, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Lidl, Migros and Swarovski.

For our robotics team in Lviv, we are looking for a technically strong colleague who wants to understand how autonomous mobile robots work in real customer environments and help automate their operation, diagnostics and support.

The Role

This is a technical engineering role rather than a traditional monitoring or supervision position. You will work with autonomous transport robots, analyse technical issues and help automate recurring support, deployment and diagnostic tasks.

You are not expected to know every technology from day one. We value analytical thinking, practical programming skills and the ability to understand complete technical systems.

Your Responsibilities

· Understand the technical behaviour of our autonomous transport robots, including navigation, sensors, fleet control, interfaces and interaction with the customer environment.

· Analyse technical incidents using logs, system data, dashboards and robot behaviour, and identify root causes rather than only treating symptoms.

· Develop scripts and tools that automate recurring monitoring, diagnostics, deployment, updates and support tasks.

· Improve automated health checks, alarms, diagnostics and recovery procedures.

· Work with our robotics developers to improve system reliability, maintainability and serviceability.

· Support software updates, configuration changes and technical roll-outs at customer systems.

· Fine-tune robot routes, speeds, task priorities and operational parameters after onboarding and training.

· Create Digital Twin simulations for testing, demonstrations and continuous improvement.

· Prepare concise technical documentation and troubleshooting guides, and occasionally support live robot operations during critical project phases or go-lives.

· After gaining experience, deliver operator trainings, take technical responsibility in customer projects and occasionally travel to client sites in the EU.

Your Profile

· You may be a developer, engineering student, recent graduate or junior engineer from robotics, automation, computer science, mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related technical field.

· Basic understanding of programming concepts is helpful. Some practical experience with languages such as Python, Java, C++, C# or similar is a plus, but not required.

· You think analytically, investigate root causes and look for ways to prevent problems from recurring.

· You are interested in robotics, automation and complete technical systems. Prior professional robotics experience is welcome but not required.

· Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, APIs, databases, logs, Docker or similar technologies is helpful, but we do not expect you to know everything from day one.

· You are comfortable learning unfamiliar technology from documentation, source code, developers and AI-assisted tools.

· Good communication skills and minimum intermediate English (B1/B2).

· Sense of responsibility, self-organisation and willingness to occasionally support critical project situations or travel internationally.

Where AI Fits In

AI is a useful engineering tool, not a replacement for technical understanding. We use it where it adds real value — for example for log analysis, documentation retrieval, fault classification and troubleshooting — while well-defined automation remains deterministic where appropriate.

We Offer

· Hands-on work with real autonomous robots and modern robotics software.

· A role focused on engineering and automation rather than repetitive operational supervision.

· Competitive compensation paid in EUR.

· Flexible working hours compatible with university studies or an early-career schedule.

· A supportive, professional team and a cozy office in Lviv.

· Direct cooperation with experienced robotics and software developers.

· International customer projects and occasional travel opportunities.

· A clear development path toward Robotics Engineer, Project Manager or Consultant.
