About the Role

We are looking for robotics software engineers to develop and optimize navigation and behavior systems for AMRs operating in dynamic warehouse environments. You will implement new behaviors, extend the robots' capabilities, and help build production-ready robotics solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement and refine algorithms that guide AMR behavior in dynamic warehouse environments.
• Write clean, maintainable software in ROS2 using C++ and Python.
• Test your work: design small experiments, run simulations, deploy on real robots, analyze results, and iterate.
• Take ownership of submodules, participate in architecture decisions, and help guide other developers.

Requirements

• Education: Ongoing or completed Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Students and recent graduates are very welcome.
• Coding skills in Python and C++, with focus on clean, reusable architecture are a plus.
• Solid understanding of linear algebra (vectors, linear transformations) and discrete math (path-finding algorithms such as Dijkstra, A*).
• Curious, eager to learn, and able to pick up concepts quickly.
• Intermediate English or higher (you will work with international colleagues).
• Live in Lviv or could consider relocation.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ROS2, Gazebo, or simulation tools.
• Basic understanding of control theory (localization, control loops).
• Familiarity with 3D vision, SLAM, and perception pipelines.
• Exposure to behavior trees or task-planning frameworks.
• Experience with Linux, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Data Annotator to join our AI/ML team in Lviv. Your work will directly contribute to the quality of machine learning models used by leading global companies. No programming background is required — what matters is sharp analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to follow structured guidelines consistently.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior B2B Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead who will take ownership of our marketing function.

This is a senior role combining marketing strategy, team leadership and hands-on execution. It is not a narrow content, social media or performance marketing position.

You will shape how Logivations and Pixel Robotics are positioned in international markets, work directly with company management, Product and Sales, and lead a small marketing team of 2-3 people.

We are looking for a marketing professional who can define the direction, establish priorities and personally drive implementation.

The role is based in Lviv and requires regular presence in our Lviv office. Occasional business trips to Munich, international trade fairs and industry events may be part of the position.

What you will own

· Develop and continuously refine the marketing strategy for Logivations and Pixel Robotics

· Define positioning, messaging, buyer personas, campaign logic and annual marketing priorities

· Lead, coordinate and develop a small marketing team

· Take ownership of our website, newsletters, LinkedIn and other relevant communication channels

· Create and coordinate high-quality B2B content, including case studies, white papers, videos, presentations and sales materials

· Translate complex AI, robotics and logistics topics into clear and convincing business messages

· Plan and support international trade fairs, conferences, webinars and our own AI & Robotics events

· Improve the complete lead journey from first contact to a qualified sales opportunity

· Develop our CRM, funnel structures, reporting and marketing processes

· Work closely with Sales and Product to ensure that marketing supports measurable business objectives

· Build thought leadership around AI, Digital Twins, supply chain technology and autonomous robotics

· Use AI actively to increase the speed and quality of marketing execution

What we expect

· At least 4 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience

· Experience in technology, SaaS, industrial software, automation or another complex B2B environment

· Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and implement them yourself

· Experience leading or coordinating a small team, freelancers or external specialists

· Strong understanding of positioning, content marketing, lead generation and conversion funnels

· Ability to write and edit professional B2B content for an international audience

· Confidence working directly with senior management, Product and Sales

· A structured and analytical approach to priorities, KPIs and business outcomes

· Strong ownership mentality: you identify what needs to be done and drive it to completion

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Availability for regular work from our Lviv office

You should be comfortable using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and AI-supported design, research and automation tools to:

· develop and validate positioning and campaign concepts

· analyse campaigns and marketing data

We are not looking for someone who simply generates generic AI content.

We are looking for someone who knows how to combine AI speed with professional judgement, strong messaging, creativity and high editorial quality.

· Experience marketing products to German-speaking or European enterprise customers

· German language skills
