Our team is developing a set of services that support the company's operational activities, starting with the gaming platform itself, back-offices, and data analytics. The product is being developed by a small team of experienced professionals. We work extensively with databases and distributed systems, discuss and implement architectural solutions, and conduct RND procedures to check the performance of certain solutions. We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to launch and scale the B2B division of an iGaming company that has traditionally operated in B2C. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute the B2B sales strategy, establish client relationships from scratch, and secure the first partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop and implement a sales strategy for B2B solutions (platform, payment modules, CRM, risk management, etc.).

•Build a client base: identify potential customers and close the first deals.

•Develop pricing models and commercial terms for different customer segments.

Your role and impact:

We are looking for a talented and experienced  Graphic & Motion Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should possess skills including video editing, creating animated videos, and developing 3D illustrations.

Responsibilities:

• Create illustrations, animations, and videos for the website (landing pages, blog, user dashboards). 
• Design printed and digital marketing materials.
• Develop motion graphics for short-form (Reels, Shorts, promo videos) and long-form (up to 2 minutes) content. 
• Produce content for social media – illustrations, animations, videos. Build 3D models and animations using Blender.
• Prepare visually compelling presentations for both web and print.
• Contribute to sound design and overall multimedia storytelling. 
• Work with branding materials in line with established brandbooks and identity.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design and 2–3 years in motion design. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Figma (mandatory). 
• Hands-on experience with Blender for 3D animation. 
• Ability to draw by hand and create original illustrations. 
• Basic skills in character design and animation.
•  Solid understanding of typography, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Experience preparing print-ready files and managing prepress processes.
