As a Product Design Lead, you will be accountable for the professional and intuitive UX design of our e-commerce platform. You're a user advocate and obsess over every tiny detail of the interface, including but not limited to determining customers' needs, solving their problems, covering all possible use case scenarios and providing alternative solutions. Besides that, we rely on your ability to learn fast, so you can design complex experiences for our mission critical software, conduct customer research, and improve existing users' experience. You, also, have to have strong communication skills, so you can present your decisions to the team based on user behavior studies or data. You can lead big projects on your own such as conducting user studies and betas on new features before wide release. You iterate the UI based on feedback and user behavior to ensure the highest customer satisfaction and feature adoption.
You report to the head of product in order to make the platform easy to use so understanding of web development and lean principles is a must.

Key responsibilities
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce, design and UI/UX best practices
- Maintain and strengthen the Subbly platform’s experience in every design that is created
- Plan, design and iterate user interfaces and graphic assets
- Collect feedback and analyze user behavior and make necessary improvements
- Redesign existing user interfaces, features and pages
- Assist Front End Developers with implementing the design into a usable interface
- Collaborate with product, leadership and engineering teams
- Be a user advocate with the power of final design decisions
- Drive design process improvements in an Agile environment that enables the team to scale
Requirements- Have 4+ years of product design experience
- Experience with complex features end-to-end design
- Experience with product design optimisation
- Deep expertise in UI/UX trends and psychological patterns
- Experience with applying lean principles to solution designs
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with running usability studies, fields researches, and data-driven design
- Creativity, Proactivity and Ownership orientation
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent knowledge of Figma
Will be a plus- HTML, CSS, VueJS hands-on experience
- Experience designing UI/UX for e-commerce software
- Experience working in a design team and/or with usability tester
- Copywriting skills
