We are currently looking for a talented Technical Operations Engineer / DevOps, who will take ownership of platform integrations, infrastructure tasks, and system flows related to email and SMS communication. This role combines elements of system administration, integration setup, and ongoing technical operations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical integration, backend development, or system administration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with practical experience in developing backend logic and automation workflows.
- Solid experience working in Linux-based environments and managing cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred, AWS a plus).
- Proven ability to build and maintain integrations with platforms like Customer.io, Amazon SES, and Directus (or other headless CMS / low-code platforms).

- Analyze the full chain from deposit to withdrawal to identify bottlenecks, delays, and losses.
- Evaluate the efficiency and cost of various payment service providers (PSPs).
- Detect anomalies in payment system operations (e.g., spikes in declines or increased fees).
- Collaborate with finance and product teams to develop proposals for optimizing payment routing schemes.
- Build and automate dashboards for monitoring and decision-making.
- Maintain communication with the team responsible for decisions on integrating new PSPs or discontinuing existing ones.
- Work with payment traffic routing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in fintech, e-commerce, or iGaming.
