Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry
• Extensive experience working in Tier 1 markets
• Curiosity-driven approach and ability to deep-dive into setups and execution
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data-driven insights

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and execution of multi-channel CRM strategies to enhance player loyalty and lifetime value across regular and VIP Value segments.
• Own execution of said promotional plans, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with Content, Design, Product, and other related departments.
• Regularly monitor competitors and implement best practices into our products.
• Ensure a flawless customer experience when engaging with promotions.
• Regularly monitor the technical setup of promotions and campaigns to detect any issues or inconsistencies in performance.
• Report on campaigns’ performance and impact on KPIs, and implement optimizations to improve customer experience, retention, and profitability.
• Leverage support from the BI team to implement segmentation techniques for personalized communications and campaigns.
