The Client is the UK’s leading fee-free mortgage broker. The role focuses on supporting the Client’s ongoing IT transformation and modernizing its technology and infrastructure stack. Requirements

Solid experience with the following technologies and tools (must-have):

Job responsibilities

• Enable Cloud technology adoption through strategy planning, design, and implementation.
• Lead Infrastructure strategy planning alongside the IT Operations Manager to ensure systems are fit-for-purpose and meet business needs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Azure and MS365 applications, and support mentoring and development of other IT colleagues.

Role Summary:

You'll work at the intersection of product and engineering, turning business requirements into automated workflows using our AI-powered automation engine. You'll collaborate with product owners, validate AI-generated logic, fix issues in code when needed, and help improve the automation platform over time.

You'll be supported by experienced senior engineers who will mentor and review your work as you grow.

What You'll Do:

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Financial Manager (Planning & Analysis) to oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical processes across the business. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights, monitoring business performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability.

In addition to core financial planning responsibilities, you will participate in payment approval processes, bonus validation, affiliate payment reviews, and payment cost optimization initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning & Budgeting

• Coordinate the preparation and consolidation of annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.

• Calculate incentive payouts for VIP teams based on approved KPI frameworks.
• Calculate incentive payouts for Affiliate teams.
• Validate bonus calculations for other departments when required.

Payment Cost Optimization

• Monitor and optimize payment processing costs and payment method performance.
• Participate in managing and improving payment routing and cascading strategies.
• Support negotiations and integrations with payment service providers.
• Prepare reports and analyses on payment efficiency, provider performance, and associated costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning, financial analysis, controlling, or a similar finance role.
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry would be considered a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

Apomeds is a fast-growing digital healthcare company. We're looking for a motivated Junior User Acquisition Specialist to take ownership of paid growth for our Adult & Dating vertical. You'll run acquisition campaigns across native and affiliate networks, brief and test ad creative, build and optimise landing pages, and drive performance against clear CPA and ROAS targets. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow, reporting directly to the vertical lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain) and additional networks as the vertical scales

• Optimise daily — monitor performance, manage budgets and adjust bids, targeting and placements to hit aggressive growth and ROI targets

• Own the creative pipeline: brief, test and iterate on titles, images and video together with the design and content teams

• Build and A/B test landing pages and advertorials to improve the conversion funnel

• Analyse campaign data (CPA, ROAS, LTV) using Excel and internal BI tools, and prepare clear performance reports
