Must have:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations and owning systems in a business operations / RevOps / automation engineering role
• Deep, hands-on experience with Make and/or N8N — you've personally built complex multi-step automations with error handling, branching logic, and webhooks
• Strong experience in at least one CRM (GoHighLevel or Close.io preferred; HubSpot or similar acceptable)
• Working knowledge of server-side conversion tracking (CAPIs) — you've actually set these up, not just heard of them

About the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Backend Team Lead who will guide a team of backend engineers while staying directly involved in coding, architecture, and delivery.
