Recruiter / Interviewer

We are Aibitprofit, investment platform for algorithmic crypto strategies. We are hiring a Recruiter / Interviewer to own hiring end to end.
 

What you will own
- Full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, scorecards, offer support
- Being the named, consistent point of contact candidates trust
- Running interviews to a brief and producing objective written evaluations
- Protecting candidate experience so a pseudonymous employer still feels legitimate and well-run
- Paid trial task (this is the selection step)

Shortlisted applicants are paid to do the real work: conduct 2 to 3 structured interviews with current candidates for our open Affiliate Manager role, using a brief and scoring rubric we provide, then deliver written scorecards and a clear hire or no-hire recommendation. We evaluate how you run the conversation, how you probe, and how well your judgement matches ours.

Must-have
- 3+ years in recruiting, talent, or interview-heavy roles (in-house or agency)
- Experience running structured interviews and writing objective candidate evaluations
- Fluent English
- Strong written communication and a structured, evidence-based evaluation style
- Reliable, responsive, and process-disciplined

Nice-to-have
- Recruiting in crypto, fintech, or iGaming
- Hiring for commercial roles: BD, sales, affiliate, partnerships
- Active sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Telegram, djinni, X)
- Familiarity with crypto culture and pseudonymous teams
Compensation
- Paid trial: fixed fee for the trial project, paid in USDT on delivery
- Ongoing: part-time monthly retainer plus a success fee per closed hire, paid in USDT
- Fully remote, flexible hours, contract engagement

Fixed paid trial fee followed by a part-time retainer of $1000–1,400/month + a $500 success fee per candidate placed.
