What Will You Do: 
 

You'll own every piece of content that touches a prospect: landing pages, blog, our template catalogue, localized content across four markets (PL/ES/DE/FR). The split is roughly half creation, half orchestration.
 

(50%) MOF/BOF Content Production: You'll own the process of producing key pages from brief to production. That includes analyzing the brief, structuring the work, researching, drafting, iterating with stakeholders, and shipping. The scope isn't limited to landing pages — it's whatever high-impact content Certifier needs at a given moment.
 

(50%) Ownership Across All Certifier Content:
 

• Blog content: You'll own the blog end-to-end: contributing to the backlog, drafting briefs, running daily execution, communicating with external collaborators, and making sure we maintain a steady publishing cadence. BOF/MOF pieces will require collaboration with the junior content specialist and deep knowledge exchange with the product team.
   
• Template content: You'll manage the certificate and badge template pipeline. This includes working with freelance designers and junior content specialist, forming the backlog and coordinating a full production cycle.
   
• Localization content: You'll lead the localization content (PL/ES/DE/FR) — deciding what content gets localized, coordinating the process, and tracking performance across markets.

• Most importantly: you've internalized LLMs as a way of working, not a tool you open sometimes.
• Experience (3+ years) in content creation and content strategy execution

What we need
 

• 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing (in-house, not agency-only)
• HubSpot. You've built workflows, not just "used it"
• Google Ads. Ideally a hands-on optimization experience or deep understanding
• Experience with Meta/LinkedIn Ads and retargeting
• Strong English copywriting (C1+)
• Comfortable with GA4, GTM, UTMs, attribution basics, email marketing, copywriting
• You've managed contractors/vendors before
• A/B testing and CRO methodology
• You know what a full SaaS funnel looks like and have operated across it
• AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) in your daily workflow
• Solid experience with project management tools

• Fluent Claude Code user or rapid learner
• Clay, Apollo, Instantly or similar outbound/enrichment tools
• n8n, Zapier, or Make for automation

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead merchant onboarding, manage integration processes, and drive portfolio performance.

This role focuses on launch, operational control, and revenue growth — not lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Finalize commercial terms with qualified leads
• Coordinate KYC/KYB and legal onboarding processes
• Define technical requirements and oversee integration
• Ensure connection of at least two payment channels
• Minimize time-to-live from contract signing to go-live
• Monitor transaction volumes, approval ratios, fraud, and chargebacks
• Improve portfolio profitability and merchant performance
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong hunter mindset to identify and attract high-risk B2B merchants.

This role focuses on outbound acquisition and qualification, not account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage high-risk B2B merchants across global markets
• Establish contact with Owners, CEOs, and Heads of Payments
• Conduct initial qualification (vertical, processing volumes, geographies, risk profile)
• Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the BD/Account team
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline hygiene
• Execute structured follow-ups to move prospects forward

Requirements

• Proven experience in fintech, payments, or high-risk environments
• Strong understanding of PSP models, acquiring, rolling reserves, and chargebacks
