We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Finance Manager with expertise in IT, blockchain, and crypto to join our team. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within our organization, with a specific focus on managing and coordinating financial activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong financial background and a keen interest in emerging technologies.
You will work with the CEO, COO, and the Finance and Legal departments.
It is important for us that you have:

Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and write compelling marketing materials, including our website, social media posts, blog content, conduct periodic market research to keep fingers on the pulse of the latest customer and service provider trends;
— Leverage Google Analytics and other tools to report overall performance, ROI, and different channels’ effectiveness;
— Being a great social media communicator able to attract target audience attention and lead engaging and focused communication;
— Maintain company’s website and blog: craft clear, concise, and engaging written content that resonates with our target audience;
— Perform SEO research, including keyword analysis and identify new content opportunities.

Skills:
— 0,5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing (experience with IT outsourcing is a huge plus!);
— Good command of English, both oral and writing skills (our target customers as well as a part of the candidate audience are US- and EU-based ones along with its primary language of communication in the field);
— Experience in using AI tools for content creation and basic skills in graphic editors (Canva, Photoshop) will be a plus;
— Having practice with setting up and executing targeted advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) will be a plus;
— Experience in using digital analytics tools (e. g. Google Analytics) for traffic monitoring, insights discovery will be a plus;
Nice to have:
— Understanding SEO principles, being able to propose topics to cover based on search keywords that align with the business goals;
— Good understanding of on-site and off-site principles of website search engine optimization, experience in link-building, familiarity with Google Search Console.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to oversee internal Cyber Bark projects, manage the delivery of products and services to our clients, and provide project management support directly to client teams. This role requires a high level of organization, communication, and problem-solving to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate Cyber Bark’s internal projects across various teams.
- Manage external client projects related to the delivery of our services (cybersecurity, compliance, IT solutions, etc.).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders—internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
- Support clients by managing their internal projects as part of our service offering.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any risks or issues.
- Track and report on KPIs and deliverables to senior leadership and clients.
- Conduct regular status meetings, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in IT, cybersecurity, or related services.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, including client-facing projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely in a dynamic environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
