Creava

About Creava
Creava is a design agency focused on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards and admin panels. We're looking for a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to join us on a project-by-project basis. You'll start with one project, and if it goes well we'll keep bringing you onto new client work as projects come in.

What you'll do on each project

• Design user flows, wireframes and high-fidelity UI in Figma for SaaS/B2B products, dashboards and admin panels
• Work inside existing Figma design systems and component libraries, and extend them where needed
• Use AI tools to move faster on research, ideation or production, without letting quality or original thinking slip
• Explain your design decisions clearly in English, both in writing and on calls with our team
• Hit the agreed milestones and deadlines for each project

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong Figma skills: components, variants, auto layout and design systems
• Proven work on SaaS, B2B, dashboard or admin panel interfaces
• Fluent written and spoken English
• AI tools as part of your everyday workflow, with a solid design process of your own behind them
• A portfolio that shows UX thinking (problem, process, decisions), not just polished screens
• Able to work on your own, deliver on time and share progress without being chased

How to apply
Please send:

1. Your CV and portfolio link
2. 2–3 cases that best show your SaaS or dashboard work, with a sentence or two on your role in each
3. A short note on how you use AI tools in your design process today
4. Your rate and when you could start

Creava is hiring a Mid-level UX/UI Designer to work primarily in Figma on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards, and admin panel interfaces. The designer will collaborate closely with the team, use AI tools to support their own design process, and communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for SaaS/B2B products, dashboards, and admin panels in Figma
• Maintain and extend Figma design systems and component libraries
• Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, or production work, while maintaining design quality and original thinking
• Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly in English, in writing and in meetings

Requirements

• Mid-level experience (typically 2–4 years) as a UX/UI Designer
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems
• Experience designing SaaS, B2B, dashboard, or admin panel interfaces
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of a daily workflow (e.g. research, content drafts, production speed) while maintaining a strong personal design process
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, not just visual polish

How to Apply

Share your CV and portfolio along with 2–3 cases that best reflect SaaS or dashboard design work, and briefly describe how you currently use AI tools in your design process.

About us

We're Creava, a small design agency focused on SaaS, B2B platforms, dashboards, admin panels, and AI-powered interfaces. We're looking for someone to help us find and win the right client work on Upwork.

What you'll do

• Search Upwork daily for relevant job posts that match our design services (SaaS/B2B UX-UI, dashboards, admin panels, AI-powered interfaces, MVPs, Figma design systems)
• Review each post carefully and use judgment to apply only to jobs that are a genuine fit for our agency
• Quickly pull relevant examples from our existing portfolio and past projects to reference in proposals
• Write personalized, human-written cover letters for each application — no AI-generated proposals
• Track applications and follow up on responses as needed

What we're looking for

• Proven experience with lead generation and proposal writing on Upwork specifically
• Background in sales or lead generation
• Strong writing skills — able to write clear, persuasive, personalized cover letters yourself, without relying on AI tools
• Enough familiarity with design/UX-UI process to understand which job posts are actually relevant and to speak credibly about our work
• Reliable, self-directed, and comfortable working independently for a short daily block
