We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our Warsaw office and support daily office operations, end-user devices, internal IT systems and laboratory infrastructure.

Please note that this is an office-based position in Warsaw focused on hands-on technical support, troubleshooting and operational IT tasks, so regular office presence is required.

You will work closely with employees, technical teams and laboratory staff to ensure stable and secure operation of office and IoT lab environments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for office employees and internal teams.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot workstations and laptops running Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Support office network infrastructure and network devices, including MikroTik and Ubiquiti equipment.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including account provisioning and access management.
• Administer and maintain access to corporate systems, collaboration platforms and internal services.
• Support IoT laboratory infrastructure, connected devices and technical equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper device lifecycle management.
• Assist with basic security and operational IT procedures.

Requirements:

• Basic hands-on experience in IT support, system administration or technical support roles.
• Understanding of operating systems, including Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and experience with network equipment such as MikroTik and Ubiquiti is a plus.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
• Good communication skills and willingness to help users with technical issues.
• Technical education or understanding of electronics and hardware is a strong plus, as the role includes supporting IoT laboratory equipment and devices.
• Willingness to learn and grow in infrastructure, networking and IT operations areas.
• English: Intermediate or higher.

You're expected to own complex features end-to-end and troubleshoot production issues across distributed Azure services.

Required:

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET (Core/.NET 6+)
• Deep experience building and deploying applications on Azure PaaS (Function Apps, App Services, APIM, Key Vault, Service Bus)
• Advanced SQL Server skills (stored procedures, performance tuning, Dapper and/or Entity Framework Core)
• REST API design, typed HTTP clients, resilience patterns (Polly), and distributed system debugging
• Experience with WCF services and legacy .NET Framework (4.6.1+) — ability to maintain and modernize existing systems
• Experience leading features from design through production deployment and monitoring
• Strong CI/CD experience (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, or similar)
• Ability to debug across distributed systems using Application Insights, KQL, and structured logging
• Track record of contributing to engineering best practices

• Angular experience (standalone components, RxJS, signals)

What You'll Do:

• Lead technical design and implementation across multiple enterprise projects
• Own production reliability — investigate, diagnose, and resolve cross-service issues
• Maintain and modernize legacy WCF/.NET Framework services alongside new .NET 8+ development
• Manage Azure Logic App workflows for business process automation (AP, invoicing, document processing)
• Define patterns and best practices for the team (API design, error handling, observability, testing)

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and formalize business requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to translate business needs into clear development tasks.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Understanding of SDLC, REST APIs, client-server communication, and integrations.
• Ability to read API documentation and validate API functionality.
• Basic understanding of software architecture and microservices.
• Experience creating documentation, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
