Senior HubSpot CMS Architect

About the project

We are looking for a Senior HubSpot CMS Architect to join a fast-paced global mobility company. The specialist will become the key technical owner of HubSpot CMS infrastructure and will support multiple international websites with high uptime, compliance, and performance requirements.

MUST - solid Hubspot experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with CMS architecture
• Strong commercial experience with:
  • HubSpot CMS
  • HubL (HubSpot Markup Language)
  • HTML5
  • CSS3 / SASS
  • JavaScript
• Experience with:
  • HubDB
  • Dynamic content architecture
  • Multi-tagging APIs
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • OneTrust cookie-consent configuration
• Strong understanding of:
  • GDPR
  • Global privacy & tracking compliance
  • EU/DACH regional routing
• Experience with:
  • DNS/domain provisioning
  • Server-side redirects
  • Third-party script integrations
  • Cross-site management
• Strong troubleshooting/debugging skills
• English level: C1+

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain HubSpot CMS architecture and infrastructure
• Support website stability and 99.9% uptime
• Implement and debug global tracking/cookie compliance solutions
• Handle daily technical requests from Legal, IT, Growth, and Demand Gen teams
• Configure redirects, domains, GTM triggers, and third-party scripts
• Support multiple websites and custom HubSpot modules
• Troubleshoot complex frontend and CMS-related issues
