Business Analyst (Junior/Junior Strong)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the development team by transforming business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and formalize business requirements.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements, and functional specifications.
• Communicate requirements to developers, QA engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task prioritization.
• Support the team during development by clarifying requirements and business logic.
• Document requirements, processes, and decisions in Confluence.
• Create diagrams, flows, wireframes, and other analytical artifacts.
• Monitor tasks in Jira and support QA during requirement validation.

Requirements

• Experience as a Junior or Junior Strong Business Analyst.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear development tasks.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Understanding of SDLC, REST APIs, client-server communication, and integrations.
• Ability to read API documentation and validate API functionality.
• Basic understanding of software architecture and microservices.
• Experience creating documentation, diagrams, wireframes, or prototypes.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience in fintech, banking, or mobile applications.
• Familiarity with Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience with Figma, Miro, Draw.io, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum processes.
