GoHighLevel Expert / CRM Automation Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel specialist to help us build and optimize CRM automations for a fast-growing U.S. real estate lead generation company.

You must have real hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and optimization of AI voice agents
• Live transfer setup and routing
• CRM automations and workflows
• API integrations
• Lead routing and pipeline setup
• SMS / email automation setup
• Troubleshooting and optimization

Requirements:

• Strong experience with GoHighLevel
• Experience with automations and workflows
• Experience with API/webhook integrations
• Understanding of lead generation funnels
• English communication skills
• Ability to work independently and move FAST

Nice to have:

• Experience in real estate or lead generation
• Experience with Twilio, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, VAPI, Retell, etc.
• Experience with call tracking and inbound lead systems
