About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on SEO and GEO specialist to own our organic growth engine. You'll own the website and organic channel performance — SEO, content distribution, and how we show up in traditional and AI-driven search — working directly in our tools and CMS, not through an agency.

This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role focused on depth, not breadth. You won't manage a team or coordinate agencies — you'll bring SEO/GEO expertise the rest of the team doesn't have, and execute the work directly yourself. Key Responsibilities

SEO, Website & GEO/AEO (Primary Focus)

• Own the website — built on WordPress / Divi — as a lead channel, responsible for traffic, conversion rate, and lead quality end to end, working directly in the CMS.
• Drive conversion optimisation (CRO): run structured A/B and multivariate tests on key landing pages, CTAs, forms, and user journeys to continuously lift conversion rates.
• Lead SEO strategy and execution: in-depth keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO audits, internal linking, and content gap analysis — with a strong bias for continuous iteration, not one-off projects. This work is done directly by you — not supervised through an agency.
• Ensure the site is optimised for Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) — structuring content, schema markup, and site architecture so that AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, Bing Copilot) surface and cite us accurately.
• Maintain and improve AI crawlability and grounding: manage robots.txt, structured data, llms.txt, and other signals that govern how AI crawlers index and represent our brand in generated answers.
• Act as primary point of contact for our external web agency — briefing, steering, and QA-ing development and design projects to ensure deliverables are on time, on brief, and aligned with our marketing and SEO goals. This covers development/design builds only — SEO strategy and execution remain yours, not the agency's.
• Implement and maintain tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels) for clean, reliable data flows across all touchpoints.
• Translate SEO and GEO insights into clear, actionable content briefs for the content team — define target keywords, instruct content creation, and close content gaps.

Content Distribution (Executional)

• Publish and distribute content across the website, LinkedIn (organic + ads), email, and other channels, in coordination with the content team.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all channels.

HubSpot — Marketing & Content Hub

• Work comfortably within our existing HubSpot Marketing & Content Hub setup — workflows, forms, and lists are already configured; you don't need to build or administer the system, just use it effectively for content distribution and lead handoff.

Reporting — MQLs & SALs

• Monitor SEO and content performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio (or similar).
• Interpret performance data, draw conclusions, and surface clear recommendations for improvement.

Profile

• 6+ years in a hands-on SEO, Technical SEO, or Organic Growth role — direct execution experience, not agency-managed.
• Working familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation tools — expected baseline, not a differentiator.
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or equivalent) and hands-on technical SEO experience. (Must-Have)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on SEO Specialist who can independently manage the full lifecycle of multiple affiliate projects.

This is not a traditional Team Lead position. There is no large team of junior specialists to delegate routine work to. You will personally work with domains, keywords, websites, content, links, rankings, and performance data.

The role is suitable for a strong Middle or Senior SEO Specialist who is comfortable working autonomously, testing hypotheses quickly, and taking direct responsibility for project results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple SEO projects from domain selection to traffic and monetisation.

• Analyse competitors, SERPs, keywords, niches, and growth opportunities.
