About the role

We're looking for an SMM specialist who thinks like an automation builder, not just a content poster. You'll design and run AI-agent workflows that handle our social media presence end to end, and you'll own the Avatar AI Studio pipeline that turns property and brand data into ready-to-post video content.

What you'll do

• Build and manage AI-agent workflows that automate social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms
• Operate and improve our Avatar AI Studio pipeline — generating avatar-led videos for property capital-raise pages and brand promotion, with minimal manual intervention
• Set up automated promotion of new capital-raise property pages to social channels and to each developer's existing contact list
• Create and iterate on prompts/workflows for AI image and video generation tools (e.g., Higgsfield-style avatar and content generation)
• Monitor performance (reach, engagement, conversion to leads) and continuously tune the automation
• Collaborate with the product team to identify where AI agents can replace manual marketing tasks

What we're looking for

• Hands-on experience with SMM/content operations (not just strategy — you've actually run the channels)

The position includes approximately 70% manual testing and 30% test automation. About the Role

• Validate data-intensive scenarios — query plans, result correctness across data sources, metadata consistency, and behavior under concurrency.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, including pytest, with a solid grasp of OOP and software design principles.
• SQL & Data: Strong SQL skills and solid understanding of how relational and analytical data systems work.
• Data-intensive testing experience: Hands-on experience testing data-intensive systems — query engines, ETL/ELT pipelines, streaming platforms, or analytical databases. Candidates with only web/UI QA backgrounds are not a fit.
• Testing experience: 3+ years in backend/system test automation or SDET roles.
• CI/CD & DevOps basics: Practical experience with Jenkins pipelines and deploying/maintaining test environments.
• Containers: Working knowledge of Docker and basic Kubernetes (running workloads, debugging pods, kubectl fluency).

The Role
QA Engineer to own test strategy and automation for a React-based web front-end. The role will also involve occasional manual testing of a cross-platform mobile SDK (Android & iOS), with mobile test automation as a possible future direction — but the primary focus is web.

Core Responsibilities
Design, write, and maintain automated test suites for the React front-end (unit, integration, and end-to-end tests)
Read and understand React component code well enough to test it effectively (props, state, hooks, component structure) and write targeted tests, not just black-box UI scripts
Build and maintain CI/CD test pipelines so automated tests run on every PR/build
Define and grow test coverage strategy and quality gates for the web app
Investigate, document, and file clear, reproducible bug reports; work with engineers to triage and verify fixes
Contribute to test plans and acceptance criteria during feature planning
Occasionally perform manual testing of the mobile SDK (Android & iOS) — functional and regression testing across devices/OS versions
(Roadmap, longer-term) Help evaluate and potentially build automated testing for the mobile SDK

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table
3+ years in a QA Engineer role, with hands-on test automation experience
Ability to read and understand React code — components, hooks, state/props flow — well enough to reason about what needs testing
Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
Proficiency with a modern JS/TS test automation framework (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Jest, React Testing Library)
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins)
Strong bug reporting and communication skills — able to write clear repro steps
