    • Ability to switch between test automation and manual testing.
    • Experience with Maven and Gradle.
    • Hands-on experience with test automation using WebDriver, TestNG.

    • Experience in mobile testing
    • Experience in testing Web Services(REST)

    Your daily tasks will include:

    • Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
    • Investigate and test new functionality
    • Collaborate closely with Product owners, Developers and DevOps to ensure quality and testability of code.
    • Participate in test planning, ticket analysis, and definition of acceptance criteria.
    • Ensure continuous test coverage through CI/CD pipelines.
    • Perform code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices.
    • Investigate and debug issues across test environments.
    • Contribute to improving automation processes and tools.
    • Setup and maintain test automation framework & infrastructure

    You will take full ownership of the automation framework, covering UI, backend, and performance testing.

    Your role will include adapting existing tests to evolving product designs and developing new automated tests from scratch for new features.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for UI, backend, and performance testing to ensure comprehensive product coverage.
    • Take full ownership of the test automation framework, continuously improving its scalability, maintainability, and efficiency.
    • Collaborate closely with developers to understand new features and ensure test coverage from the early stages of development.
    • Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and contribute to faster issue resolution.
    • Maintain clear documentation of test plans, scripts, and automation processes.
    • Contribute to overall product quality by advocating for best testing practices and participating in code reviews where relevant.

     

    Required Competence and Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer
    • 2+ years of hands-on Python development
    • Extensive experience with Selenium 
    • Strong working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems
    • Solid understanding of SQL (any dialect) 
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs
    • Proven ability to work independently 

     

    Nice to have skills:

    • Proficiency with asynchronous programming and multithreading
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
