    Helpdesk Squad ensures smooth operations and scalable growth for the business. The team designs and implements solutions to enhance the daily experience of everyone at Headway Inc.

    What will you do:

    • Provide technical support to employees (both remotely and on-site).
    • Set up work devices (macOS, iOS, Windows).
    • Prepare equipment and services for company events.
    • Troubleshoot access issues and network connectivity problems.
    • Assist with the setup and maintenance of network equipment.
    • Maintain inventory of hardware, user accounts, and incident logs.
    • Administer user accounts in Google Workspace and other internal services.

       

    What you need to join us:

    • You’re a recent graduate or a final-year student in a technical field.
    • Basic understanding of Unix-based systems, particularly macOS.
    • General familiarity with Windows OS.
    • Foundational knowledge of networking (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN).
    • Skills in setting up and troubleshooting Wi-Fi connections (routers, access points).
    • Basic setup and maintenance of peripheral devices (printers, scanners, monitors, etc.).
    • Understanding of what REST APIs are, and knowledge of basic request types (GET, POST).
    • Awareness of cybersecurity fundamentals (e.g., how to protect data and avoid common threats).
    • Alignment with the values of our team (SELECT).
