Who We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in software development (focus on Node.js)
• Confident with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB)
• Experience in clouds (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, containerized deployments
• Strong grasp of CI/CD, testing, and code review best practices
• Knowledge of data security (especially in healthcare/regulated domains)
• Ownership mindset, problem-solving, clear communication
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
• Thrives in a startup/MVP environment with evolving requirements

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with QMS systems (CAPA, document workflows, e-signatures)
• Work in regulated industries (healthcare, medtech, pharma) + frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, 21 CFR Part 11)
• AI/cloud integration (Amazon Bedrock or similar)
• Strong React knowledge
