    The Ukrainian office of a US-based logistics technology company is seeking a highly proactive and results-driven Product Owner to join our team. You will play a key role in the development of a cutting-edge, AI-powered platform tailored for 3PLs and logistics service providers. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital logistics and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

    You will work directly under the guidance of an experienced Product Manager and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders. This is a full-time role with a focus on both our core AI logistics product and several supporting internal projects.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Work closely within the US-based product ownership team under the leadership of the Product Manager with further growth perspective into a leading role
    • Assist in defining and refining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
    • Co-manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business objectives
    • Gather, structure, and document functional and non-functional product requirements
    • Drive the detailed planning and execution of development tasks in collaboration with the development team
    • Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, iteration planning and demos
    • Engage with stakeholders, including business owners, internal users, and customers to understand needs and ensure clarity in requirements
    • Continuously monitor the progress and quality of deliverables

    • Strong spoken and written skills in English sufficient for direct independent communication with US stakeholders and clients (Upper-intermediate and higher)

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    8+ years of total experience in IT product companies, including:

     

    5+ years in product-related roles within fintech, paytech, hi-tech, ecommerce, SaaS, or iGaming (Senior product manager / Owner / Senior business analyst etc);

    3+ years in management or leadership roles (CPO, head of product, PMO).

     

    Proven track record of improving product commercial results (conversion rates, adoption, monetization, market performance).

    Requirements

     

    — 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role working with B2B SaaS products
    — You deliver complete features end-to-end, from discovery and research to specification writing, prototyping, refinement, release, and post-launch evaluation
    — You have hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and work effectively in sprint-based teams

    — Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and research to prototyping, specification, development, release, and iteration
    — Drive customer discovery through feedback, interviews, and analytics, and research competitors and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy
    — Stay ahead of B2B SaaS best practices in LinkedIn automation, AI, and email outreach to propose innovative features and strengthen Dripify’s market position
    — Make data-driven decisions aligned with product vision by evaluating alternatives, risks, and dependencies to balance user value, business impact, and feasibility
    — Write clear, structured feature specifications with well-defined acceptance criteria, addressing all corner cases and minimizing rework, collaborate in Figma on prototypes, and translate ideas into scoped epics and stories
    — Partner with developers and QA to refine requirements, validate solutions, and ensure high-quality releases while maintaining a prioritized backlog 2-3 sprints ahead
    — Act as the bridge across product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and support to align delivery and adoption
    — Monitor post-release performance, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvements
