    Responsibilities:

     

    Liaise with stakeholders and perform ongoing prioritization, publishing and refinement of the overall backlog in a project team and according to the project scope of deliverables;

    Analysis and solution design with the team to transform scope into sprint backlogs;

    Lead planning and the breakdown of the backlog into items, providing their definitions, acceptance criteria and estimates.

    Collaboratively develop, present the functionality and collect feedback from end customers;

    Report and escalate on the use of budget and expected due dates;

    Document functional solutions designs and prepare delivery documentation.

     

    Required skills:

     

    5+ years of proven experience as a product owner working in IT;

    Knowledge of Agile frameworks;

    Strong organizational and leadership abilities;

    Analytical thinking and problem-solving;

    Requirements engineering;

    Excellent soft skills;

    Excellent command of both written and spoken English;

    BSc/BA Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related for understanding of product solution architecture.

     

    As a plus:

     

    Previous experience with customer management, billing, and financial solutions;

    Previous revenue management with one of the following industries – utility, telсo.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as a Product Owner
    • Work closely with stakeholders to identify product needs and translate them into clear product requirements
    • Represent and advocate product vision within the team and facilitate product processes
    • Backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. Create and groom short, medium, and long-term product roadmaps and get internal agreement with business stakeholders and provide visibility across the teams (IT and Business)
    • Collaborate with the Scrum Masters to run successful release planning and sprint planning sessions, as well as sprint reviews and retrospectives
    • Ensure the product functionality is properly documented
    • Ensure a good communication and training strategy on the released features
    • Proactively resolve business users satisfaction issues
       

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager
    • Ability to produce detailed and clear User Stories, PRDs, and create mockups
    • Visual modeling and diagram skills
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
    • Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
