Join Our Team as a System/Business Analyst!

At Banza, we are looking for an analyst who will be a key link between business and development teams. If you're passionate about working on complex IT solutions and improving business processes, we want you on our team!
 

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in implementing and enhancing IT products, especially for external clients.
✔ Ability to develop automation concepts for business processes from scratch.
✔ Strong skills in gathering and structuring client requirements.
✔ Experience in creating technical documentation.
✔ Ability to conduct training sessions and presentations for users and stakeholders.
 

Nice to Have:

✔ Experience working with Creatio (BPM/CRM system).
✔ Automation of business processes in banks or financial institutions.
✔ Understanding of SQL and working with databases.
✔ Fluent English at B2 level.

✔ Willingness to travel for business purposes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

✔ Conducting interviews with clients to identify business needs and offer optimal solutions.
✔ Developing and aligning system implementation concepts and technical designs.
✔ Preparing technical tasks for developers and ensuring high-quality implementation.
✔ Configuring system interfaces.
✔ Presenting completed solutions to clients and providing support.
✔ Conducting training sessions for clients on effective system usage.
