The Role
We need a brilliant backend engineer to build our core risk engine and payment infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work directly with our Head of Risk (ex-unicorn BNPL company) to turn risk policies into production systems.
You'll Own:
- Building our bank statement parsing engine (PDF processing, transaction categorization, income verification)
- Implementing real-time risk decisioning that approves/rejects applications in seconds
- Creating payment integrations with UAE's leading payment providers

π About the Role
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for attracting and onboarding new partners, building strong long-term relationships, and ensuring high-quality traffic flow from multiple sources. Your mission is to scale affiliate performance, optimize results, and maximize ROI while shaping the future of our affiliate program.

π€ Attract, onboard, and manage affiliates to deliver high-quality traffic
π Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance to meet KPIs (traffic, revenue, ROI)
π Identify and resolve underperforming partnerships to boost results

π Attend international conferences to build connections and expand the network
π― Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, new tools, and emerging opportunities

β Requirements
π² 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry (MUST HAVE online casino product experience)
π Proven track record with Tier-1 GEOs (especially π¨π¦ Canada & π©πͺ Germany)
π Hands-on experience with traffic sources: SEO, PPC, FB, In-App, ASO, Email
π Strong analytical mindset: ability to evaluate ROI, optimize campaigns, and forecast results
βοΈ Knowledge of affiliate tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Similarweb (Humbl/DeepCI is a plus)
π£οΈ English β Upper Intermediate (B2+) or higher
