Our ambition is bold: to scale Nebula globally and become the first Ukrainian unicorn in the spiritual self-development space.

    Why this role matters

Our premium users are not just customers — they are the core of long-term revenue stability and brand strength.

We are looking for a VIP Account Manager who will own high-value client relationships, increase retention, and drive customer lifetime value through personalized, strategic engagement.

This role sits at the intersection of:

You will shape how our most valuable users experience Nebula.

    Your Mission

To design and deliver a premium-level relationship model that:

    • strengthens trust and loyalty
    • increases retention and LTV

    • Elevate brand perception among high-value users
    • Create a differentiated premium experience
    • Influence product and supply decisions based on VIP insights
    • Contribute to scaling a structured VIP relationship management system

This is not a ticket-based support role.
    This is revenue-impacting relationship ownership.

    What will help you succeed

    • 2+ years in Account Management, VIP Support, or Customer Success
    • Strong English (B2+ and above)
    • Experience with CRM tools and customer segmentation
    • Ability to interpret user behavior and identify retention drivers
    • Commercial mindset — understanding how experience influences revenue
    • Empathy combined with structured thinking
    • Ability to manage high-touch relationships with professionalism

    Why OBRIO

    Ambition at scale
We build products for tens of millions — and think globally from day one.

You won’t execute instructions. You will build systems.

    Revenue & impact visibility
Your work directly affects retention and LTV.

    Strong team environment
You’ll work alongside experienced professionals who move fast and think big.

    Benefits

    • Fully remote work format
Work from anywhere in the world. We operate as a distributed team and focus on results, ownership, and impact — not location.
    • Strong growth environment
75% of our team are Middle and Senior specialists. You’ll grow through complex challenges, experienced peers, and a culture of open knowledge sharing.
    • Time to recharge
20 paid vacation days + paid sick leave. We believe sustainable high performance starts with well-being.

    About the Role

We’re looking for Senior / Principal DevOps Engineers to support Orbis, a large legacy platform built on bespoke, business-critical systems.

The role exists because the platform is complex, highly customized, and poorly documented. You’ll help the team understand how the system works today, document it clearly, stabilize it, and support its gradual modernization.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a detective mindset — comfortable digging into legacy code, infrastructure, and undocumented processes to bring clarity and structure.

    Location: Remote (Europe time zones)
    Engagement: Full-time, long-term contract
    Start Date: ideally in February

    What You’ll Do

    • Work with a large in-production legacy system with limited documentation
    • Discover, understand, and document undocumented workflows and automation
    • Drive three main work areas:

    1. Platform modernization toward serverless
    2. Security standardization and vulnerability management
    3. Monitoring standardization

    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues independently
    • Design and improve automation and deployment pipelines
    • Work closely with developers and operations teams to improve cross-team collaboration

    Must-Have Requirements

    • Strong .NET / C# development skills to understand large volumes of legacy custom code
    • Solid experience with older Microsoft enterprise environments:
    • Windows Server administration
    • SQL Server
    • .NET / ASP.NET / C#
    • A blended background across DevOps, Windows infrastructure, and .NET engineering
    • Comfortable working with minimal documentation and creating it from scratch

    Tech Stack

    • Microsoft Windows Server
    • MS SQL Server
    • .NET / ASP.NET / C#
    • Terraform
    • Jenkins
    • CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Git
    • AWS (nice to have)

    Soft Skills

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Ownership mindset and high attention to detail
    • Clear and proactive communication
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
    • Comfortable working independently and leading discovery efforts

    Team & Time Zone

The core application team is based in Brussels and Paris, with broader collaboration across global teams. This role requires EU-based engineers to align with European working hours.

We are currently looking for a People Partner to ensure that people processes run smoothly, employees feel supported, and HR data and documentation are accurate and compliant.

This role gives you full ownership of the people function for the WebSpellChecker team. You will report directly to the General Manager, work side by side with team leads, and have a real influence on how people practices are executed. The role is fully remote, designed for independent, proactive HR professionals who enjoy both ownership and collaboration.

    • Engagement & Retention: Conduct regular 1-on-1s and check-ins to monitor team morale and address individual concerns.
    • Performance Support: Assist managers in organizing Performance Review cycles, tracking probation periods, and documenting PDPs (Personal Development Plans).
    • Internal Communication: Draft and distribute internal announcements, policy updates, and help maintain the company knowledge base.
    • Events & Education: Organize team-building activities, corporate celebrations, and coordinate educational initiatives (internal workshops, training sessions) to foster team cohesion.
