    Why this role exists
    Half our team is Ukraine-based; you'll ensure no cycle is wasted on blocked work, ritual overhead, or "What's the priority?" thrash. You're the conductor who spots stalls before they hit standup, translates PM vision into dev-ready slices, and ships small so we learn fast.

     

    Day-to-day ownership

    • Turn roadmap epics into ≀3-hour stories (acceptance + one KPI per story).
    • Keep the Linear board relentlessly current: triage, priorities, dependencies.
    • Run daily async check-ins (n8n bot + 5-min Loom); escalate blockers same-hour.
    • Orchestrate releases: QA β†’ staging signoff β†’ Friday demo β†’ prod rollout.
    • Automate status pings, digest reports, and ritual reminders (you'll have an n8n dev at your service).
    • Co-own cycle planning: scope, commitments, risk/capacity check.

    Responsibilities

    • Build targeted B2B audience data sets using tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other B2B audience databases.
    • Implement data enrichment methods to ensure high-quality, actionable lead lists.
    • Verify lead data using robust verification methods to maintain accuracy and reliability.
    • Develop and maintain automations using Clay and Make.com to streamline audience-building processes.
    • Collaborate with Account Managers and LinkedIn specialists to align audience data with outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
    • Monitor and optimize audience data performance to improve campaign outcomes.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to enhance audience-building strategies.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation efficiency.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

     

    Requirements

     

    These are the skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B audience building, lead generation, or related roles.
    • Proven expertise with Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other B2B audience databases.
    • You must be able to take a Client's target ICP and take every step necessary to build highly defined lead lists using advanced methods. 
    • Hands-on experience with Clay for audience data management and building automations.
    • Proficiency in Make.com for creating workflow automations.
    • Familiarity with data enrichment methods and lead verification techniques.
    • Experience with n8n is a plus.
    • Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and best practices.
    • Experience using project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
    • Familiarity with AI tools or developing AI-driven automations is a plus.
